I wish I had read all the one star reviews because they’re true! I bought three for my bad back and artificial hips. They do not help, and I would give them a zero if I could! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I really enjoyed the product I received from RevoMadic! I have the cupper and it woks great! I am a big cupping therapy guy and not every massage therapist does it, so this allows me to have it at all times !

I ordered in january and never received the parcel. The delivery company attemped delivery three times when I wasn't home. The first time I had already told them I wouldn't be home that week, and they still came two more times. A fourth time they said they attempted delivery, but I was home and my phone or door never rang. Delivery's status is failed on the system and Revomatic refuses to send me a new parcel or to reimburse me. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. 80€ threw on the garbage. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY

The product is amazing!! Every part of the experience was wonderful from the fast shipping, to the packaging, to the product itself! It is so user friendly and effective! My skin has responded so well since I started using the face genie! It’s truly a must to add to your skincare routine!

The 5 star reviews are fake and paid for. This is an awful company to do business with. They may have a good product, but the company and their customer service is the worst. Check BBB. You will see they have an abysmal rating and don’t respond to complaints. I also had to do a charge back with my bank after three months of the run around.

I had a great experience with this product. I ordered it on Amazon and received it within two days, which was faster than I expected. The packaging was secure and the device arrived in perfect condition.

Worst customer service! Place an order and it took several weeks to ship. Shipped incomplete, which at the time of the shipment, they did tell me it would follow a few days later. Another month goes by with no delivery and no shipment information. Upon posting one review, I immediately get emails stating my shipment was delivered. Apparently this company doesn’t understand that multiple shipments require multiple proof of delivery. Be warned, I would not expect customer service from this company.

I love my face genie! It is so beginner friendly and easy to use! After using my genie the first time on my face has noticeably depuffed and glowing.i was thoroughly impressed by my device.

I purchased the revo smart cupper on 1/8/26…. Today is 2/18/26 still no product, no tracking number, nothing. 2 weeks ago customer service responded to my email and just gave me the same story of “the order is processing “. This is ridiculous, would never do business with this site again.

I ordered in December ans still haven't received the order despite many attempting to contact customer service. Really pissed off as my order was 118 euros. They preyed on my pain.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are a scam. Customer service is the worst. Literally took more than a month to receive my order which they blamed on holiday season which was completely bs. I saw other posts of users indicating the same thing. I even tried cancelling the order and per their policy I could but denied my request. At the 1 month mark I had decided to return my order and told them that. Dexter had let me know that I could once I got the order. Once I received my order i immediately requested a refund. They then took another 5 days to get back to me when they said it only takes 48 hours.
When they finally got back to me because I had to message them a couple of times to get an update they told me unfortunately they could not refund me because the order was “ Promo Savings Bundle” which he never once indicated to me. Especially when I brought up the fact that I wanted to cancel and refund my order. What a joke of a company!

I ordered in December 2025 for a Christmas gift. When it became clear they wouldn't arrive on time I started calling, emailing and no one returned my calls. Facebook messages wee finally responded to and I requested to cancel my order. They refused but offered me a credit of$20. I waited, still no order. I called my CC company and the refunded me. The order showed up mid January. I reached out to do a refund. Then, they recharged my card for the full amount. I haven't even opened the package. They offered me a $20 credit towards my next purchase. As if I would ever order from them again. Mistakes happen, but when your actions treat customer service like it is the least important aspect of your business, you will not build repeat customers. No matter how great your product is.
