This company offers you a task that is:

I did such, i completed and it went on pending.
Once i asked them how long would it take to confirm, they tell me "If the offer doesnt show, its because you cant complete it"
They tell me this after it did show previously and after i've already made the video and sent it via their offer.
Complete disregard for their customer time spent. Complete lack of responsability for what happens on their website.
Also, forget about their support system ticket, leads to nothing and they cant even justify their actions, hiding behind their terms of service like all other obscure websites. Frauds.

Ban permanente sin motivos
Me creé la cuenta hace apenas dos días. En un principio iba todo perfecto, con dos encuestas que realicé conseguí $2.70. Sin embargo, hoy me ha aparecido un mensaje de que mi cuenta estaba suspendida. He escrito al soporte y me han dicho que el motivo era que estaba haciendo trampas y empleando multicuenta, cosa que es mentira. Lo cierto es que he realizado algunas encuestas desde un wifi público y otras a través de los datos móviles. Yo no sabía que por emplear una IP pública me iban a acusar de usar multicuenta. Así se lo he expresado al soporte técnico en otro mensaje. Su respuesta ha sido permabanearme. Me parece vergonzoso que me prohíban emplear la página por algo que no he hecho en ningún momento. Además, me han quitado todo el dinero que tenía acumulado.

El problema es que no estoy usando una cuenta secundaria. Reitero que estoy en un wifi público y desconozco los asociados a él. La cuenta baneada es mi única cuenta y por tanto la principal. Desconozco cuál será la cuenta original porque no sé quién usa el wifi.
Vosotros mismos estáis admitiendo en el la última actualización que usar un wifi público es motivo de baneo. De todas formas, que información necesitáis de la cuenta? Nombre de usuario, correo electrónico, contraseña...?
No tengo forma de mandaros mi información personal de ninguna forma que no sea por aquí, no puedo crear ningún ticket porque solo tengo una cuenta, y está baneada.

Update:
You would still be able to raise a ticket on the original account, only the duplicate account which was banned for breaching our rules would be prevented from further contact.
Please also note that using a public wifi on it's own is not something we use for as grounds for multiple accounts. If you've been correctly banned for multiple accounts then we've identified multiple factors on your account that match those on other accounts registered on our site. All multiple accounts are flagged by our security and double checked by staff before a permanent ban is placed.
We have previously requested your account details, but so far they have not been received. Please respond to that request and we will be able to provide a more factual response.
In the meantime, here is a reminder of our rules relating to multiple accounts, and we would suggest you take time to establish how many of these rules you've broken and update your review accordingly.

You seem to be aware of an issue based on your response, but rather than simply admit that is the case, you seem to be dancing around the issue falsely claiming that you shouldn't have been banned.
Continued avoidance of providing account details will be recorded. If your sure that you didn't breach rules and shouldn't be banned, then there should be no issue in providing that information.

Update I have all your emails and I borrowed reported and company to the Better Business Bureau I have over 2000 people on my Reddit group for GPT websites. Also placed a review because I pay $45 for 1000+ reviews subscription this isn’t my only review site. No we are not a scam, that's why we've been online 13 years, but you keep making the false claims & veiled threats. We could flag this to be removed, but we think more it's important in this instance that people see what we need to deal with. It's clear your not going to admit the false information, however the facts are listed below, so no further responses will be added.
Thanks for your info. We genuinely love when people leave reviews like this as we are able to present the facts as it shows the lengths people will go to make false exaggerated claims.
The Facts.
1 - Your account was flagged to complete simple security check as the registered information on the account failed our initial security checks and you were asked to contact us.
2 - You contacted us for details of what was required, & we provided a response in 12 minutes to complete our initial verification checks.
2 - Your account was then suspended due to a ticket you sent in making threats against our sites & attempting to blackmail us and pressure us into reactivating your account. You threatened to leave a negative review & report us. We did not bow to that pressure, made our decision based on the facts. Low an behold here is that negative review, full of false and exaggerated claims.
4 - Your account was then correctly banned permanently when as well as the threats made against our site, our initial checks discovered that the account was registered with false & inconsistent information. Readers should note, that the name of this reviewer is a long way off the one that registered on our site & the information they supplied showed further inconsistencies. It should be hard to keep consistent email addresses and names.
5 - You posted this review after being banned permanently quite simply in revenge to being caught and banned quite simply as you'd already threatened to do.
6 - We checked both the registered email & the one you supplied here, and found no emails.
Our decision to flag for checks, & then ban because of both your behavior and false registration were 100% correct. it's a shame that now that you choose to attempt to mislead others and prevent them from being able to earn on a legitimate site.
For information people who register real information can expect the following:
1 - Our company has been online for over 13 years paying people for their participation in surveys & offers. All validated payments are issued to our members on average in less than 4 hours.
