I don’t understand these really bad reviews on here at all. I read and panicked having placed an order, when I received the product it is really well made the hair is extremely soft human hair .lay’s perfect and flat . I got compliments when I wore it for the first time .so happy with my topper , I am going to purchase another . The company and Lilly have been amazing. So if you are worried don’t go by these reviews you’ll be happy with your product. They have reduced pieces too .

Beware! Huge scam. Wigs are absolutely horrible and they will not refund your money. I lost almost 500 to these scammers. They are not BBB accredited. Hopefully, PayPal can help me..

Do not order from them. It says 100%human hair wigs but they are not...looks completely different from the picture, scam. All coming from China

I didn't even want to give this company a star, they should not be functioning online at all. Very disrespectful and are not understanding in the slightest. I would not recommended this site at all, the colour was wrong the wig itself is far from fit for purpose. They are reluctant to even give you a refund and say you have to send back to China address. BEYOND AWFUL DO NOT USE!!

I have cancer and needed a nice wig. When it arrived, it did NOT like the photo. It falls all over your face and has a white stitch that shows if you try to fix it.
They never tell you, but the return address is in China!!!

The pretend to be in the UK. Nope, it's Chinese. Instead of the human hair wig I had ordered for £136 I got a cheap hideous synthetic gosplay wig weirdly styled.
It just a scam. I was able retrieve money back with my bank. Avoid this site and don't trust any of their promises!

I placed an order for 2 wigs. They came. However, did not fit correctly and wrong color. On the website, they said they have locations in both Canada and U.S. So, I thought that was where they were coming from. Not so. I had to return the wigs to CHINA. I was told by email that CUSTOMS confiscated the returned package. Why wasn't my order coming from them confiscated by Customs? They asked for a $29 return fee before they would send replacement wigs. Then they said they would waive the replacement fee, but I am still out $296.00 for my original order and $89 postage to send back to China! THE NUMEROUS EMAILS BACK AND FORTH WERE RIDICULOUS! THEY PROJECT THAT THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU WANT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased for an older friend a wig. When we received it the order it is not matching with what we ordered. The color and the style are way off.
It supposed to be dark brown and a completely different style. Why they do have styles and colour option when they do not following the order?
We payed $126 USD for something she is not able to use it at all. They offered $30 USD we do not except it! Loosing $96 USD because they can not follow order. We are not a charity to a company!!!

I give no star ,I paid 167.00 for a hair topper ,waited a llong time for it and when it did arrive it was like a cheap thin topper wrong coulour ment to be real hair but it isn't the mesh on the topper like plastic mesh absolutely awful ,don't waste your money

Supposed to be human hair which it isn't. The label inside the wig cap clearly says synthetic hair. Also supposed to be usa shipped and return which again it's not.

I have ordered my wig on the 19th July and have only received it 2 days ago. Firstly, it took ages to be delivered, and secondly it is totally the wrong colour based on the image on your website. The cut and the style is awaful and again nothing as the image online.

I would like to return this wig immediately and receive a refund. Please advise where and how should I send it back.

Avoid this seller please don’t waste your time

What a dreadful company. I ordered a Zoe Kravitz pixie cut wig. I found it on the UK site. When it arrived it was not the right colour and didn’t look anything like the wig that they had in the photograph. They charged £85 for the wig. I emailed them to say that I wasn’t happy with the Wig and that I wanted to return it. They wanted me to send them photos of exactly what I wasn’t happy with??? I wrote back and said I wanted to return the wig and get a full refund. They came back to me and said that they are actually in China and that they would deduct the postage that they used to send it to me and then I would have to pay the postage to send it to China. They then carried on to say that they would give me 20% of the cost of the wig if I just kept it. No customer service at all. A dreadful product. A dreadful company. Steer clear of these people. If anyone knows of their Facebook or Instagram page, please let me know so I can go on and let people know about their bad service. I am going to report them to the right consumer authorities!!!

Do not purchase anything from Rewigs. It is not a UK company but based in China. I cancelled my order after waiting for two weeks with no response.
Whilst waiting, I actually saw one of the wigs out of the two that i'd ordered on Amazon, for a fraction of the cost that I paid. It was £18.98 and I paid £69! It was exactly the same. They refused to pay me back the full amount of £129 and gave me £78.
I suppose I got something back at least. Please read other reviews!!

This company pretends to be in the UK but lists no return address. It's a scam, pure and simple. They should be ashamed - they're taking advantage of people who may have lost hair during an illness.

Never received my topper. Received numerous emails with excuses.Took up the complaint with paypal. Got a full refund through them. Don’t even think this company deals in wigs! Just keep your money in their bank as long as they can.Go to Simply Wigs in UK for good service.

This company pretends to be located domestically, but is really located in China. I should have known since the website has no address or phone number. So don’t believe the shipping times, because it’ll take over a month for a wig just to arrive some place outside of China. I still haven’t received my wig and have had to deal with terrible customer service, and based on the other reviews, they have terrible wig products too. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! There are plenty of normal respectable wig websites out there, so just don’t bother with this one.

Rewigs les pires fournisseurs connus de ma vie, je suis victime d'une maladie qui se nomme pelade totale et j'ai vraiment besoin d'avoir des pièces de cheveux pour pouvoir évoluer normalement en société. J'ai commandé et leur produit est d'une piètre qualité la couleur ne correspond en rien à ce que j'ai commandé et en plus la grandeur du bonnet n'est pas bonne. Le montant investit en $ canadien était de 800$ pour que je jette à la poubelle les perruques. Je suis chataîne et avait commandé chataîne et il m'on envoyé des cheveux couleur roux. Leur service après vente est vraiment pourrit ne croyez en rien ce qu'ils inscrives sur leur site web il ne rembourse pas dutout... ils me dise que la couleur commandé est la bonne expédié. Ce sont des gens véreux sans aucun scrupules qui vous expédie n'importe quoi et ne rembourse pas. NE COMMANDEZ EN AUCUN CAS DE CETTE COMPAGNIE JE ME SUIS FAIT AVOIR À 100%. Mon seul regret est que je n'ai pas fouillé pour avoir les impressions er revues des gens sur cette compagnies

Thought it was a company in the uk it’s been over 3 weeks since I sent it back still waiting on a refund!! Stay well clear
