Works much of the time but sometimes there text is too technical and when it humanizes, it doesn't make particular sense. I would say it gets me a decent response but far from perfect.

This company operates in a completely fraudulent manner: subscriptions are created without transparent confirmation, no email confirmation is sent, and charges appear under a hidden or misleading name. Customers are clearly being misled so they cannot trace their payments. This is a clear case for buyer protection and possibly for the consumer protection authorities

Average performance
I would like the company to improve on their humanizing platform from AI content to 100% human written. Sometimes even after humanizing the words is still has some AI content in it when checking on other AI detectors.

Todavía existen problemas para una humanización adecuada del texto. Aunque parece haber avance en la habilidad en la plataforma para humanizar texto, se presentan frecuentemente situaciones de mala redacción, o humanización inclimpleta que es detectada fácilmente por killbot. To cancel subscription, you have to email them which is suspicious. I have emailed them 3 times but no response. They will still probably continue to charge me even though I am not using their service anymore and I can't seem to delete my account.
