Was another excellent retreat with Boardroom in Dallas! The room was great, and loved the educational speakers and their content. Lots of amazing networking and collaboration with the other members of the group!

The people are really high level. I was in a room with thinkers AND doers. It was really motivating and the event was beautiful.

The Boardroom always makes me look at the horizon, not just the next project in front of me. To spend a few days with successful people that have already been there, is a great way to expand my vision of possible outcomes.

Kent and his Team deliver , at a high level, action items that make real impacts in our business. The connections we made at our very first event have already solved problems in our business AND have given new light to opportunities we have been exploring.

This was my first in person event with Boardroom, and I joined as a member in December 2025 not knowing a single person. That part matters, because I showed up in Dallas feeling nervous, intimidated, and honestly like I didn’t have much to offer compared to everyone else in the room.

What made all the difference was how intentional Boardroom is about onboarding new members. The first session, which was just for new members and led by Ken and members of the board, immediately put me at ease. That experience was key. It gave me the confidence to walk into the networking events and actually connect, especially with other new members, which made the entire weekend feel more approachable.

Now, the conference itself is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. These aren’t just inspirational speakers. They’re operators who are teaching real, tangible skills you can actually apply to your business.

But the biggest impact for me was in the breakout rooms. We were in smaller groups of about 20 people, and that’s where the real relationships and growth happened. Everyone shared not just their wins, but their challenges and the level of support in those rooms was unreal. People genuinely showed up to help each other, and you could feel that.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Boardroom to anyone. If you’re thinking about applying, do it.

One of the best Mastermind's I have been to. The caliber of entrepreneurs in the building and their candor and want/need to help is amazing! Kent is a rockstar and dishes out some very insightful and actionable items for people from all walks of life but especially entrepreneurs.
