Mixed experience of sale, lots of nice products
I like the products and the designs usually but I do feel like in their sale they are a bit sneaky. Like continuing to sell products that don’t work, I bought a hot food flask and it doesn’t keep food hot, at all, when looking at the reviews I realise everyone else said this, why are they even selling it in the sale?! Also got a water bottle that looks like a drinks can and that leaks too and the design is coming off in the dishwasher, supposed to be dish washable. Fair enough it’s in the sale but it makes your company look bad. A few things not properly packaged like unicorn lipgloss just shoved in parcel, no packaging so found the ear separately broken off at the bottom. Shipping for sale items is still quite expensive, sometimes I abandon my cart as I can’t justify it.
On the positive side, I’ve bought lots of other things that we loved, like the mouse and tiger and bunny in a tin. Been through a lot of water bottles as my daughter throws them at the wall! Bought some nice things for my MIL with printed designs like the folk doves. I have to admit there are some designs I think who would buy that, and then it’s in the sale. And some things that seem overpriced for what they are. Generally the quality is good though.

great customer service when a glass water filled snow globe broke in transit and ruined products in my order, they immediately sent me replacements, I have been using REX for years for all my xmas & birthday presents, such quirky unique items, everyone always loves their gifts

Easy to shop and some beautiful and whimsical products. I shop mostly for gifts for others and occasionally things for our home. Good quality. Delivery is prompt and everything is always well packaged in paper, either tissue or tough paper.
