As I was looking at Rex MD's website, I found a product that I liked. After answering a series of personal and health questions, and entering my card number, I left the website without knowingly ordering anything.
Suddenly I received an email stating that my order was received, the amount that was charged, and that the product would be on its way...today!
I immediately called my bank to place a stop payment or at least to credit my account while they investigated the issue.
Also called Rex MD itself and requested cancellation, but the customer service representative said she couldn't cancel the order because the product was already shipped.
All this to say that even though I haven't tried the product I supposedly ordered, the company's handling of this was way off and a little shady.
Don't trust them.

Although customer service agent attempted to resolve shipping issue. I believe he could have made more of an effort to escalate the problem to resolve the issue. Still haven't received confirmation my purchase will be delivered after a two week delay.

I ordered the sleep medication, Ramelteon, from REXMD . I liked that they advertised that my file would be reviewed by a physician since I have many medical issues that could affect my treatment. I was approved for Ramelteon, however, the medication did not work for me and I reached out to REXMD for further guidance on its use. I received a response from nurse practitioner, Diana DaSilva FNP-BC, who identified as a physician on the REXMD patient portal. She also identified herself on my prescription bottle as Dr. Diana DaSilva. Not once did she say she was a nurse practitioner. I now doubt whether a physician actually reviewed my file as the REXMD website indicated. When I asked for additional clarification on conflicting comments made by NP DaSilva concerning the use of marijuana with Ramelteon, she stopped responding to me. I find her non-response unacceptable and her use of the title "Dr." deceiving and possibly illegal.

DeVonte was my representative that help me with my prescription order. He got me the best price solution for my sleeping aide. DeVonte Was so very helpful in understanding the best price. I’m very satisfied, he very knowledgeable and friendly.
