I actually just got this out of my mailbox last night. I was super surprised in a good way. Too often you buy stuff from a Facebook ad and wish you hadn't. But I am a man of God, and I wanted that on my wrist. The quality of this watch was apparent from the moment I got it out of the box. Great band, nice heavy feel, and perfect workmanship. I put it on, and I think because I'm a big dude the thing fit out of the box. If you have giant wrists, you might need a bigger band, but mine are pretty big. The parcel was well wrapped and the watch came in a beautiful box that was well protected.
I will be buying another one in the future.
Keep up the fight for the values of God, my fellow warriors. We all know we will be victorious in the end even as moments come that seem darkness is winning. It is not.

I ordered from Rextus and immediately ran into a bizarre shipping nightmare where my tracking number logged arriving and departing the exact same location five separate times in a row. When I reached out for help, customer service completely ignored me, It wasn't until I officially filed a chargeback dispute with my credit card company that Rextus suddenly woke up and magically responded, claiming it was a "carrier issue." The tracking miraculously updated to show a delivery date only after the bank froze their funds. Be incredibly careful buying from this company. Their online presence is heavily curated to hide these massive logistics failures. If you run into this loop, do not cancel your bank dispute until the product is physically in your hands and fully inspected, because they will absolutely ignore you until your bank gets involved.

Still have not received the 2 watches that I ordered. It has been 17 days. Considering they shipped from only 3 hours from my house, this is not good. They are still sitting in the same location. I’m going to request a refund.

I ordered through a social app...and was worried that I double ordered. I emailed and was surprised to receive a personal, thorough response in just a day!

Matthew didn't ask me to come up with dates, places, numbers...instead he did the work of gathering the details on my order (2 email addresses...)...and was such a joyful and faithful soul to work with!!

This company is rare! Real people, fabulous products, and actual CUSTOMER service!!
You will enjoy your experience with Rextus, and whoever receives the watch, will cherish it!
