Me and my girlfriend are extremely pleased with how professional and helpful Rachel was throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much (or little) to ask and any questions we had she answered immediately. My girlfriend is an NHS worker and therefore has a complicated salary set-up, but Rachel managed to negotiate this without an issue. Very efficient and got us various quotes within 24 hours of contacting her initially after she was recommended to us by a friend who has used her many times. We will certainly be using her again when the time comes.

Rachel is fantastic at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone. After numerous difficulties and several failed applications we turned to Rachel, and her knowledge of the market and persistence helped us secure a mortgage on terms we hadn't thought were possible. Rachel was amazing at getting us a mortgage just after we came out of the first lockdown. Issues arose with the mortgage lender, surveyor and estate agents, but Rachel was quick to get them sorted and got our mortgage through fairly quickly even though there was a huge backlog due to covid. We recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage and will definitely be using her again if we move.

Rachel is the best mortgage adviser out there!

We had tried 3 other mortgage adviser and not one of them could help as our situation was a bit more difficult. But soon as we spoke to Rachel she knew straight away which mortgage providers would lend to us. I knew from that moment I was with the right person and knows what she talking about. She was so quick to respond and find us a deal where others just said no or never got back to me. She made the whole process so much easier for us and I can't thank her enough for what she has done for us she has been amazing from the start. We even had to pull out of the original house and go with another and Rachel was on it again finding us a deal even during the lockdown. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a mortgage she won't let you down and will always respond to emails.

Rachel is simply fabulous. She knows her industry inside out and will offer you straight-talking advice. We were in the position of buying a house in the middle of a pandemic but I was also on maternity leave which complicated matters. Rachel explained what we could do simply and got us to see things that we had not previously considered. She secured our mortgage quickly and we have now moved into our own home.
