These guys are great. I’ve ordered two separate times with them. Both times my parts came way ahead of estimated delivery times. The parts are very well priced compared to other sites that sells the same products. I love the options for shipping. Nice to know you’re not stuck with just one shipper. They also have an option for group shipping. Haven’t tried that yet but it’s there. Good communication with the buyer. You get a response in a timely manner. Trustworthy. And parts are quality.

I have a couple of JDM cars and I’m always being tempted to upgrade them. I use a number of Japanese suppliers and RHDJapan are a good source for difficult to find items. I’ve placed 9 orders in the last 4 years, and the only issues I’ve experienced were related to the global lockdown/shipping restrictions. My last order was delivered in the UK, 7 days after being placed.

I have been ordering parts for RHDJapan for several years now and their service is great! I never experienced any issues with my orders and all items arrived on time as expected.

I have been a customer with RHDjapan for years and have never had any issues with them on any of my orders not sure why all the negative reviews here but with RHDJapan I am always informed of the ETA on parts availability and ship dates . shipping and packaging is always excellent I’ve ordered multiple full catback exhaust systems / turbo kits and coilovers and have never had any issues . the communication with the RHDJapan staff is great they have always been very helpful with any inquiries I might have .

Hard to find items are available in this store and shipped directly to my door step here in the Philippines!

Used them for small items before without any issues. But when the time came to order an expensive item they let me down. They claimed the item i purchased (on their newly released sale) was discontinued and i had no other options then to cancel the order. I even double checked they said nope it is not made anymore. Turns out that was a big lie, as i contacted HKS and they are very much still making it and even have them in stock. So here i am getting stressed out having to change my entire plans for nothing. Best part is they sent back around 50$ less then what i sent. Complete waste of time and 50$ I would guess stolen because thats if anything the yen went up since i sent the money and if anything i'm suffering their own massive transfer fee. Bordeline scammers use other sites instead.

I order an item that is red in color but came in as light pink/fuchsia. I asked for refund or discount as I didn't received exactly what I ordered based on the photos from their website. Customer service insisting I received the correct item. I think they need to get their eyes checked. They don't know what is the difference between red and light pink.

First read a the negative reviews on here, then some positve ones on Reddit so I thought I'd just try it for myself.

Shipping was reasonably fast! There were delays and they notified me immediately, but it was only delayed by 2 days so nothing major in terms of international shipping.

Everything was well packaged and arrived safely.
The prices were really great too compared with local shops!
I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Edit: Did end up ordering again soon after and again I am very satisifed with their services. RHD is going to be one of my regular places to look for parts now.

bought a set of new coilover, and it leaks, here is what they say when I'm trying to apply for warrany:
'We received a response from the seller regarding your warrenty.
The seller says since it is used out side of Japan, the warrenty will not be accepted.
You will be able to purchase just the shock at around 95,000 yen however it takes about another month and a half if you wish to order.'

Why you sell items oversea when the warranty is not covered overseas?

These guys are the biggest scammers in the Japanese parts industry! They advertise parts on their website as being in stock, when in fact they DO NOT have the parts in stock and in some cases the parts are even DISCONTINUED by the OE manufacturer. I bought and paid for an $800 part on their website, two weeks later they tell me it's discontinued, then they take another 2 weeks to refund my money, AND they charged me a fee on the refund. Don't waste your time and money trying to buy anything from RHDJapan (or their other name BidJDM). I wish I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot before dealing with RHDJapan. Never again!
