I purchased the supplemenr and it was marked delivered but never received and I emailed them. The only contact i.got from them was that I needed to email them from my email address to verify my identity and I did and all contact ceased from there. Im beyond infuriated with this and I want my money back if not im filing a chargeback and reporting them to bbb

Easy check out but it would be better if you didn't try to add more items than a person is ordering. If someone is not careful, they will be adding more to what they originally planned to order. Just confirm the order then take us to the website and let us decide if we need anything else.

Is upselling really the right way to go
I was good with what I purchase however I take exception to all the upselling. I have never used your product before it would be nice to try out what I purchased to see if I was satisfied then decided if I wanted to add other supplements to my body. It would be better to included other product information with the original order with discount on repeat purchases then go through all the upselling. People are get turned off and you risk looseing the sale and long term customer.
Perhaps a softer sell like one page with all your produced like Amazon where the customer can read more about the benefits of using multi supplements together
