I was requesting a cancellation of the subscription because I no longer was using the product and I was answered immediately. My subscription was canceled and I received a full refund after being thoroughly explained how the subscription process goes. Aisha was really pleasant and very understanding. Most companies would've told me unfortunately my subscription couldn't be canceled but she didn't.

I am writing to express my displeasure.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this policy. Requiring customers to use a self-service platform after submitting an explicit cancellation request, along with applying automatic subscription renewals, feels very deceitful. Subscription charges should require an explicit opt-in or customer request, rather than enrolling customers automatically just for trying a product. I do not recall seeing these cancellation details when I signed up, or with the first request.
While I am glad to hear that my subscription has finally been canceled, I remain very unhappy that a refund for this unexpected charge is being refused.

Terrible experience beware I simply ordered 1 bottle for one month wasn't advised it was a subscription and my card flagged it immediately I confirmed my purchase for 1 month 1 bottle and was charged for 3 separate things witch I did not authorize I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges and the email they sent said basically your order processed to bad for you what a disaster I'm out 180 dollars for trying to order 1 bottle to try be careful
