Rhino Storage Reviews

Exactly what I needed for the time I had it which was nearly a year. Everything was stored safely and accessible. Easy to set up, easy to give notice and vacate also. The team were very helpful at Southwick. Would recommend

Very simple transaction. Pleasant helpful staff…quick to sort out problems. Would recommend highly.

Excellent storage containers. Very clean and dry. 24hr excess is great. Had container as in-between moving. All my stuff was nice and dry. Would highly recommend. Very good rates for storage.

Excellent communication! Thanks so much. The container saved us while our kitchen was being refitted. Very easy to use! Would recommend as so convenient.

Southwick Storage are well organised, and most helpful. We had not had much experience of self storage, but found they made the whole venture easy. Grateful for the service received!

The Company had very clear and efficient communication to guide me on how to access their services in a friendly manner. They were also flexible when I needed to extend the use of the Storage Space

Great storage facility. Easy, no hassle. Would definitely use again

A great service from start to finish. Easy to rent a container. I rented two different size containers over the 2.5 years I used Rhino Storage. Both were in excellent condition and secure. The site has easy access. It also has multiple security cameras covering the site and approach road. I have always found Jonathan the owner helpful and friendly.
Would certainly use Rhino Storage again if I need to. Highly recommend.

Professional service clean and tidy site and container. Easy access.

I’ve been using Southwick storage for ten years, only terminating to migrate overseas
I always found access and security well handled.

We started our storage contract yesterday and are impressed with the ease of booking and access to the unit. No lugging crates up stairs - you can literally offload from your car into the unit.

The instructions received were very clear, the security aspect is impressive and the 50% off was an added bonus.

The unit itself was spotless.

I will be recommending to friends.

Easy to book, great communication, really flexible and made moving an absolute breeze!

Very reliable, good communication.

Easy process to rent storage.
Would recommend their services.

I needed short term storage for a house move and Southwick storage was perfect. The unit was clean with easy access just as described. The website is clear and well organised and the hiring process easy. Would recommend 100%

I used Southwick Storage for three years for household items. The container was clean and dry and the items inside remained in excellent condition. Access using the gate phone system was easy. The billing system has been clear and efficient. The site access enabled me to park my car very close to my unit. Any ad hoc queries were answered promptly. I would definitely use Southwick again and recommend them.

Really easy access, clean and well kept location. Simple booking and exit process.

Ideal Storage we are using after a house fire, easy access, was set up really quickly to get things moved along, and no problems whatsoever, even after asking for a final Invoice for the Insurers, they produce ahead of schedule and the gentleman was on holiday, thank you. We are still using before moving back as items need sorting

Everything is made very simple and relaxed- most efficient storage I have used.. The phone operated entry system works every time. Flexible and helpful - I would definitely use the Dillybrook storage facility again!

Easy to book, kind and helpful service throughout, seamless notice system, storage always accessible, safe, neat and clean. Highly recommend

Very good company - helpful and friendly. The units are secure and dry. Highly recommended.
