Customer service sucks I’ve written over 10 emails and never received my package! I don’t understand what I have to do to get my money back!!! I will keep writing reviews until then!!!

I was really excited to finally clear my skin this is the first skin care products I have ever bought spent 45 dollars or something like that just for the products not to arrive not updates nothing for a whole year I made my order on January 3 and since then I been trying to contact them and nothing has changed its hard to even believe this company is real

Never received my products ordered it’s been almost two months

Scam.. blacked owned business taking people money and never giving you the product. Worst company ever.. don’t order you will not receive your products or any communication bout it.. I hate this company

Looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only one, ordered placed 10/10/25, paid for express shipping, still have not received my order! I was told the shipping fees would be refunded, still hasn’t happened, this is m first time ordering and last time. The last update was on 11/12 when a shipping label was created, here we are 11/28 and nothing has happened since then. I’m absolutely appalled and disappointed with how this company conducts business and treats its customers, was looking forward to being anion time customer but the lack of communication, long wait time, and complete disregard for my time, now make this a one time transaction. Someone please help!!!!

I ordered my product on 9/25 and I haven’t heard or received a response about when it will ship over a month later. I’ve purchased with this company before and stopped because of the terrible customer service and shipping times. I had heard they had new management and their products work well so I purchased with them again. This will be my last time because nothing has changed. As of today I have not received an update or a response to my emails.

I ordered my items on 16th June and it is now November 4th and I still haven’t received my items!!!

I have reach out via email multiple times, I have tried to message on instagram… but nothing!

Placed my order on 9/26. No update. I reached out on ig even left comments under obvious recent post and no response, sent emails no response phone number doesn’t work I’m local in Florida literally 15 mins from the address listed… when I got there it’s a hair salon. This is my first purchase and I feel like I’ve been scammed. When will I receive my order and I the customer service doesn’t reflect the product quality. They say good things come to those that wait so I hope whenever I get my items the quality is top tier because this is ridiculous.

Ever since I started using these products my skin has drastically improved. I used to suffer from blackheads and blemishes now oh lord my skin is like glass. I’m glowing, I’ve been using this for over 5 years. Highly Recommended!

Sorry to write a review but it is only based on not receiving my items. I had ordered in July 08 2025 and it is now September 2 2025 and I have not received my products. I have reach out on instagram, email amd even by phone but no communication from any representative. I file a a claim on PayPal to resolve this issue but I have not heard anything yet. At this point I rate the company a 2 star. If I received my products I will come back and write another review.

Don’t order!! This is a terrible company. It’s been over a year that i ordered products from this company. I still haven’t received anything. Their customer service is basically non existent. They ignore emails, calls, dms and they even go to the extent of deleting comments under their posts.

Took money but never sent products. The phone number and email for customer service are not active. It states label was created on 8/14, but that's it. I ordered items on 7/29.

Every time I placed an order with them, it's always a headache to get my order. Can't never reach by phone or email. Sometimes, it takes months. Delivery system is the worst, would not recommended. I placed an order since June for the Juneteenth sale they were having. A month later I got a delivery for some of the items, till today still haven't received the rest of my items. I sent emails after emails about the missing items ,no answer. I had stopped buying from them for a while because its always a stressful journey with their delivery system but their products really goes well with my skin. I was like maybe they got better, so I decided to placed an order for the Juneteenth sale. Worst than before. We're in August still missing half of my order. Never again 😒

I ordered one item on July 20 It is now August 9 and I still have not received it. The tracking system shows it has not shipped yet.I sent them an email and got nothing back. I even called and left a voice-message. The tracking system seems bogus. I will never buy from this company again.

Don’t order from them it is fraud my number got blocked and email. Order is paid for never received my product either and it’s been a month in a half. Fake tracking number or whatever never updates please never order from them.

I ordered three turmeric and Kojic, hyperpigmentation soap $27, one set of exfoliating gloves $9 and a exfoliating soap bag $9. These items totaled with shipping $9.50 included $45.50. When my package arrived, it was extremely light to have purchased all of the items that I listed. I opened my package to find only one bar of the soap, one glove (not a pair) and the exfoliating bag. I immediately contacted the company via email in reference to the items that were missing. I never received a response from them at all. I tried calling the number that was provided as well, but there was no answer. I had to result in reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau because all I wanted was the items that I paid for. I work hard for my money and I refuse to be taken advantage of. This company has scammed so many people out of money and this is sad. Someone should start a class action suit against them. I would definitely hop on the bandwagon in order to take this company down because good news travels fast but bad news travels faster. This company is not reliable, so be sure to read reviews before purchasing.

Never received items so I’m leaving a bad review 3 weeks ago is crazy, and they are located in the US I hope you have a better luck then I did.

I’m reaching out to Attorney General & Better Business Bureau, read the reviews, not 1, 2, 3, 10… but 50+ reviews on WHERE IS MY PRODUCT! FRADULENT TRACKING NUMBERS! PEOPLE NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PRODUCTS! I’m one of them they think they fooled, they in trouble, I won’t stop till they are shut down, I’m filing my claim with Better Business Bureau because they actually have investigators, that will investigate. They will do the work. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS NOT A REAL COMPANY, they will take your money & you will receive a fraudulent tracking number, no product! Let’s all who have been affected by this company, call BBB and Attorney General in the state the business is located, save everything you sent to them asking about your order. The Attorney General will get them. Also DO YOUR RESEARCH, READ REVIEWS! All their before & afters are stolen pictures off other accounts and reviews (the 5 star reviews) are from the company themselves, their friends & family members. The ads on social media, look through them, they are reposting old stuff from years ago.

Love the pink rose soap. Cleanses my sensitive skin so well.
