Item took ages to arrive then when it did it was not the German Shepherd I had ordered but the Italian Greyhound of poor quality, not as shown. Do not bother!!!

I placed an order weeks ago. I received no email confirmation of my order, so I have no record of my order number, but the money definitely left my bank account. I did get an email with an Evri tracking number, but the status has not changed from 'we are expecting your order'. I tried to phone Richbe using the number given on the website but after a few rings the line went dead. This happened several times so I gave up. I am still waiting for my goods which I now do not expect to ever arrive. I am annoyed with myself for ordering from this useless company. Probably a scam. Avoid at all costs. Don't be tempted by the cute products. Nothing will arrive. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered Man City christmas tree decorations, recieved spurs christmas tree decorations that were just cheap plastic tat. I wouldn't buyanything from this company again.

Ordered the advent calendars as they looked cute. Took ages to arrive, one of the products was the wrong one, and they are NOTHING like the photo or description, not figurines at all, just tiny flat acrylic cut outs. complete scam.

I am so glad I was not able to order the product I wanted to order my bank declined the payment for the order they must of known they were scammers thank you Lloyds 5 star stay away from this company you will not get what you want and you will lose the money has there customer service is rubbish, they do not call you or pick up the phone.

Total scam calender nothing like advertised they say they are uk based until you ask to return the item ans they are not uk. They don't reply to emails so big warning don't use as u loose money

Scammers keep well clear. Sent wrong item and just ignore emails

I ordered an ornamental highland cow for Christmas for a friend and received a notification stating the item had been delivered on October the 2nd 2026. There was no parcel in the hallway where packages are left if the recipient is away. I am disabled and housebound and always at home.After searching for many hours we decided that the item had been stolen or not delivered. On further investigation it would appear that other people had been cheated like me
This company is a TOTAL SCAM and needs to be investigated. In the meantime I would advise other customers to stay well clearly this gang of thieving scum bags.

Advent calender not as advertised. Items were flat small peices of plastic not 3d as advertised. No seperate number compartments as advertised and the advent calender writing was in a foreign language. All in all nothing like the item advertised. Contacted them for a refund. I don't expect a reply so will be contacting my credit card issuer to invoke section 75 as item not as described

It’s a scam , don’t buy you will never receive the product

I ordered a storage device and it was only after a few days decided to email them 3 attempts late no reply. Then I looked on there website and found a photo number to ring I tried this number no answer but looking on my phone found that that number was for a Gas and Oil company. Also looked on company house and found they are being looked into. To everyone stay clear of this site they are not what they seem scammers comes to mind

I ordered a shitzhu advent calender which took 7 weeks to arrive. I received it today to find its nothing like what they advertise. The little dogs are like a picture on a tiddly wink. They are cheap plastic that's only worth a couple of pound. Very very disappointing. I would never shop with this company again. Its definitely a scam ,making money of shoppers for cheap rubbish. I can't believe they get away with cheating people and advertising a totally different thing from what you receive. Im disgusted.

I would give 0 stars! Like others, I ordered the dog advent calendars. Ordered 2 on 3 Sept and received confirmation email with tracking. Then nothing until tracking updated weeks later from Chinese company. No responsefrom Richbe at all. Calendars arrived on 5th October and are appauling! Nothing like the online advert. Poor boxes with no windows to open. Just a box with plastic insert and dogs just rattle around in the box. Not enough strands to hang each one either. Absolutely disgusting quality. AVOID this company as no replies to to emails/contact form and refunds require you paying postage TO USA and they check goods before considering a refund.

No even worth 1 star , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Ordered on the 24th September and recieved 1st October Ive tried to contact them regarding a refund , no response . Poor quality, nothing like advertised

Paid - received nothing.

I placed an order on 27/8 for 2 advent calendars(husky & cats) & a cat calendar.
Payment taken 1/9
2/9 advised shipment despatched with tracking number.
Eventually on 16/9 with InPost saying not known & Shop said no evidence of anything, I contacted richbe.
I was advised very busy would say when shipped.
Parcel arrived yesterday containing not a single one of items I ordered just 3 x Robin Advent calendars which consists of a box no numbers on front & a plastic tray with a lot of cardboard robins & gold ties. Definitely not anything like an advent calendar.
Have now asked for my money back.

Ordered 24 days of Cavalier Xmas advent calendar for my daughter as a pre-xmas surprise. Total price £21.98. V. disappointed when it arrived this week. Felt conned. Was expecting 24 individual cavalier figurines behind each door and what I actually got was 24 acrylic disks with printed dog pictures. The advent calendar box itself didnt even have the doors on the box. Something you would pick up in poundland. Avoid
