This app or company is definitely not a scam. The positive reviews are real. When I didn't get my cash out, I complained on trustpilot like someone else had advised and 3 weeks later they sent me the $50 payment. Thank you Richie. Also, they give a free $5 google play gift card and when you spend it they give you another one, but make sure you spend it on the correct game which should be in the game slot because if don't you may not get a second gift card. I have to put a simple disclaimer though. As you get closer to the $50 cash out threshold the rewards for all the next milestones including in other games are substantially reduced. Also, you should make only one purchase for reaching a milestone, otherwise the system is going to flag your account down and it's going to cause delay to your cash out.

been waiting over a year for my cashout. scam. no response to my support tickets / emails on the matter.

*Update they said they would follow up as soon as possible. they haven't, they didn't an year ago either. they are tactfully just pushing the issue back hoping people just go away"

You say contact you via email. My wife contacted you via email. She has yet to receive a reply. What Richie is doing is committing fraud. Everyone needs to start reporting Richie for fraud. Fix your problem. This is the only way you pay attention. And the email address you posted no longer exist. WTF?
They are ripping people off. They need to be reported for fraud. I know that's what I'm going to do. With enough complaints they'll get shutdown.

You don’t pay out rewards. Try paying out what players legitimately earn and I would be happy to continue to play and then provide better reviews.

Said I was going to receive a free 5 $ Google play card and now it wants me to pay 4.99 in the app just to redeem the gift card,false advertisement

Great game glad I could cash out for the first time

I really enjoyed playing the games I have made purchases at the purchases and then when it was time for me to cash out they still keep saying my payment is in review and I even paid $21 for the to be able to draw with instantly within two days and I still haven't been able to withdraw my 70 dollars yet

I was hoping to cash out in money pretty fast, and in a way I am. I've spent minimal of my own money and already cashed in multiple google play gift cards so I can sink that "money" back into the games I play to get the big bonuses. All in all, I am happy with the platform, besides the overlay directing me back to Richie when I'm watching an ad. Thanks for the fun!!!

If I cashed small amounts it would go through but when I tried to do my $50 it still is not going through and it's been almost 3 weeks now

Why does no one reply to your emails?? I'm waiting for a payout.
No point in replying with the standard response you reply to all because no one replies to you!

Still no email received

After about a month, I have finally been paid by the Richie platform! I did stress out thinking it was a scam site after many unanswered emails, but they did come through. My $50 payout is right on time for me! Thanks guys!

I made 5$ the first 15 minutes and several more since. It does open itself over everything and it's seriously annoying js otherwise I love it 🙂

5 months still not have received my payment. Y'all keep lying. May 31st is when I cashed out through PayPal for $100. Y'all keep saying "we'll get back to you, thank you for your patience.." Sad to say, I actually recommended your platform to other people including family believing y'all were legit. Not no more. Very disrespectful and disappointing. Thank you for waisting my time.

Richie games I have contacted you guys many times about this issue and you continue to say the same thing. And all I get is ignored and told the same thing on here. How about you guys check yalls emails contact me back? 5 months of contact sending the same screenshots..

Emailed your support team two nights ago and then again yesterday.. yet still no response Richie this is very disappointing. I am mad. I spent several months playing saving up, go and cash out and been emailing and waiting 5 damn months for an email back and my reward. Bad business.
