My experience with this platform is so ridiculous. They are highly manipulative and are only designed to extort from their users. I haven't been paid since I invested with them. Avoid them. #FOUR GIANT# has proven to be the best alternative, and I have been paid with ease.

They are fair in service but ill rather use #Waŷ mines...

So reliable.

It was an empty promises and lies. Many have lost a lot already.

I signed up in July and ran contracts for months. I withdrew money one time for $100 in the beginning and that’s how they hook you. These !!:$(! stole my life!!! I ran contracts from July until October 31st where they said I did something wrong and my credit was lowered? WTF!!! My credit on a free to use site? I stupidly added $50000 US over the 2.5 month period and on the 31st of October they told me
I needed to add $50000
To gain credits to bring the account up to 50pts (which was never written anywhere) then I could withdraw the full amount…. Stay away, I have authorities involved and I am going to catch these !$&,(( if it kills me.

They continue the manipulation of the VIP contract scheme. Do not deposit! It makes no sense. This is a fraud scheme.

All was ok at first. Then did a $10k contract. 4 days into the contract I had a message in the website saying that I had taken out a multi-contract deal and needed to take out another 2 off the $10k contracts. I explained that I have screen shots of all contracts taken out and not one of them states that it is a multi purchase contract. They have removed the website chat function and are not replying to emails. This truly is a scam, avoid, save you money.

Ich habe 2 Monate investiert. Ich habe 1000€ einbehalt und bei 500€ Auszahlung war Ende.Ich habe immer den 500er Vertrag gekauft und vorher geschaut, das es kein VIP Vertrag ist. Trotzdem soll ich angeblich jetzt einen 500er VIP Vertrag gekauft haben. Hab ich aber nicht. Jetzt wurde mein Konto gesperrt und keine Auszahlung mehr. Zudem wurde in meinem Account jetzt auch gleich die Chatfunktion abgestellt. Klarer Betrug. Scam!!!!!

So, in the begining everything is ok, looks absolutely fine - i was doing only small contracts - like 500$ or 700$ - so even managed to withdraw the initial amount I deposited! But then.. tried to withdraw 200$.. it said Failed withdrawal, second attempt - again the same message.. Tried to contact the online support - wrote a message in the chat window - no answer, but they turned off, YES, THEY TURNED OFF the chat function!!! Then third attempt for withdrawal - and I got the message that "Withdraw function is not activated"!!!! Wow.. WTF?! So, wrote an e-mail to the only email available in the site - the answer was - contact the Online support - ...which they turned off for me.. well.. obviously this is the way they proceed.. so have this in mind.

It was already late before I realized that this platform is a scam. I was lured to invest and I have lost a lot to them already. It was a very sad experience for me, don't invest with them. PAIVA is the best alternative, they are transparent and they pay promptly.

At first, everything went well and they paid out. I had a few contracts for $1,000, and that went well too. Until I finally had enough to buy a $3,000 contract. I'd carefully read everything before buying. After buying, it turned out that this contract had suddenly become a VIP contract, and I had to buy four more of the same contract or my withdrawal would be blocked. I don't have $12,000, and even if I did, I wouldn't have transferred it. Ultimately, I lost $700. Stay away from these guys! If you're willing to lose money, you can give it to me.

RIch Miner concerns a giant Fraud/Scam organisation. Looks trustfull on first sight. From start of investing I recorded all my movements, especially with focussing on not purchasing VIP contract. Then after a while i received an email from richminer that i purchased a VIP contract and had to spend 40K to solve the issue.
I showed them the recording. After that radio silence. The froze my account. Tried to read out by email which they also blocked.
Please don't use any of these type of businesses(like DNminer, multiminer, DNSBTC). Sounds to good to be true, just a BIG SCAM. Don't involve you in these type of businesses.

Total scam! Richminer blocks withdrawals and invents fake “VIP” rules to trap your money. I lost my investment — don’t trust this site.

At first they're nice and everything is good.

Then they blatantly change active contracts you're already invested in, making it impossible to take any money out of your account, including original funds you've invested.

I was extremely polite the entire time and kindly let them know that I took screen shots of all my contacts before and after purchase, then they got extremely rude and told me not to use their services!

Hi every one pls pls pls don't use richmining cloud mining I have just loss more then £3560. I put in £5560 in total.
At first it let me withdraw then what they call a VIP contract which when purchaseing is not mentioned. They stop my withdrawal. They say I have to purchase 20 contract in total of a 500dollars contract to withdraw. I questioned them about my other contracts that does not say VIP even after purchase the automatic text reply (AI)started getting rude. Thats no AI text. Thats scammers dont know how they can sleep each nigth.
They just when you to put more money in. Im a single parent should know better with all the hours I work but sometimes you get drawed in trying to make your life easier. Another lesson learned.
But please save yourself don't put money in.

Tried withdraw my money, they said - you can withdraw your money 5 of september, today (14.9.2025) i wrote them that i want to withdraw my money a they said again - you can do it next month... DONT INVEST YOUR MONEY, im not alone...

Stay away from these scoundrels, they make you sign a contract and then they change the clauses and tell you that you have to invest more money or else you will lose your invested capital. They don't want to give me back my money. They are scammers, stay away from them for goodness sake!

Scam. Invested for 3 month or so now. Turned $1200 into $3800. attempted to withdraw $1000 and got message: You need to completed contract conditions before you can withdraw". Contacted customer service and they informed me that I had just bought a $3000 VIP contract and that I have now one week to buy 4 more ($12,000) of these VIP contracts before I can withdraw money, or "worse" consequenses would follow. Told him he must be nuts to think I would give them another $12,000 and my account was deleted shortly after.

They are crooks! After a few transactions, withdrawals are blocked and at the same time a so-called VIP clause is inserted that requires the purchase of other contracts at the same time and in the same amount as the original one. Of course doing this would be a huge mistake. Even, in my case, at the umpteenth request for a refund, today they deleted my account so that I can no longer log in and at least check. The scam site is in England. Report it immediately to the English police Action Fraud site, so we can stop these thieves

Do not make my mistake and remember anything you transferred in will be gone!
They take your money and block you .
They flagg any bad reviews and try to remove them so they can trap new fish in.!!! Avoid!!!..

No recovery service will help you if you send money in. Do not get in extra trap on the way here))).
