Mylan has gone over and above his remit in all areas of the deal and provided an end to end service including working hard to secure the property, helping refurb the property using his trusted network of suppliers at a fast pace and the subsequent diligent finding of tenant for our new property. He has expert knowledge in most areas of property dealing and a network of suppliers and contractors that are at the top of their game. Mylan kept us informed of the progress of the deal liaising with all parties multiple times during the week and often working after hours to keep the project going.
