They clearly communicate with you on the product you order out of stock or not. If it out of stock, they will let you know right away when it’s in and you can comply your order.

Took my bike in for a simple add an amp & 4 speaker upgrade. They say give us a couple of hours. 5.5 hours later I finally get my bike back, my riding day is now shot. They hand me the key & I find the seat strap not secure on one side, get back to my camp site look it over some more & 1 winshield bolt was sticking out by 3 threads! 2 days later was out riding & my right rear speaker comes falling out. I stopped back & they fixed all that, my point is at these bike rally's they seem to have inexperienced installers & poor quality of install. I would not use them again for any upgrade that they have to perform.

They left out one item on my order but as soon as I contacted them they had it out to me the next day

Great product, fair price, fast shipping. Can't ask for more than that! Although, A cool ass sticker in the box would be a bonus, then you could live in infamy on the beer fridge!

Love the size of the bag and ease of attaching it to my tour pack luggage rack. Using other Harley luggage on the luggage rack in the past has scratched the paint on top of the tour pack from the straps you have to attach. The RickRak luggage attachment is so simple and easy and won't ever scratch your tour pack lid!

I spent $350 on a travel bag for the back of my bike. I bought it at the Arizona bike rally. I’ve used this product no more than four times. The zipper sticks and the clamp that holds it down to the bracket seized on the rack. Save your money and go somewhere else.

RickRak products are top notch, the fit, and finishes always exact and with me I’ve never had any problems with shipping or damage. I would highly recommend their SaddleBag fasteners and pretty much all the rest of their products. Keep up the great work.

Quick fulfillment of order and one of the items was out of stock but their system notifies as soon aaa it was back in stock so I could jump on it. Parts are quality and customer service is great. Had the opportunity to visit their shop in NC a couple of months ago and felt very welcome.

These guys are 2 for 2, I've placed 2 orders in the last 2 weeks, shipped quick, arrived quick and the parts were exactly what I ordered, will be using them in the future!
