Waited for months and just kept being told to keep waiting

I ordered my product 5 months ago and have repeatedly reached out to the seller for updates, always being told to wait. It was "on its way to their warehouse" but it never seemed to get there. After I finally asked for tracking of the shipment the order was then cancelled. Although I did receive a refund.

Delayed shipping (indefinitely?), non-existent customer support

Telephone number on website is laughable. Noone ever picks up. They claim reply for email within 24 hours - also not true. Been waiting days for feedback on my last mail. Order was supposed to be delivered within 9-10 weeks. On week 9 I ask for a delivery date and tracking number. The response was that it's not yet shipped, it will likely delay and I could still cancel. No update on delivery date at all. Are they in the business of making money? How is offering a cancellation and refund the only response they can offer? I asked again for an update - no response. I'm yet waiting for the product - but I can confidently say that the customer support is basically non-existent. I will definitely not purchase another item from Ricll.

I ordered my piece of furniture in…

I ordered my piece of furniture in November and they continue to push the delivery. In December they said End of Feb. now they’re saying end of April. Their follow up is awful and I have no faith that I’ll get my furniture any time soon.

All designs are copied from reputed furniture brands or I should rather say photos are copied. Certainly this is a scam companies with fake 5* reviewers. Stay away!

JUST DONT DO IT

i waited until black Friday to get the best discounting. i place three large orders basically furnishing the house i just moved into - received confirmation and have waited patiently.
i recently receive an email cancellation on all the orders i placed - no response or feedback just we decided to cancel your orders. this was three significant orders of size and cost. i reached out through email and phone and again no response or ability to talk with someone. the time now lost and savings for the holiday sale could of been used elsewhere now i'm out of both so ENTER AT YOUR OWN PERIL - also since placing this transaction i've had fraud hits with the cc# used hence card being canceled. this is the only site i used it on.

there was no confusion - you canceled all of my orders after holding my money for a month saying it was voided on my account. you have yet to try and reach out to me and i have left numerous emails and tried to speak with your team for clarification but yeah ok "sarcasm", you're sincerely doing everything to rectify the problem. no thanks for the loss of time and energy wasted. my cc is reaching out to you to have my money refunded back to me because that hasn't happened on your end either. i've given you every opportunity to clarify what happened and respond with no return feedback - sigh

I would not buy from this company !

I would not buy from this company !! I ordered a table in October with a 7-8 week delivery, and it’s 12/12 and no tracking number. They keep telling me to be patient and it will come. They say they will give a discount when I receive the table.
Update 12/15 ….they refunded my money saying there was damage to the box on the ship. Sure..

So they had my money for 2 1/2 months and no dining table through the holidays. Buyer Beware!

I paid over $2000 for an outdoor patio set on September 25, 2024. This item has never been delivered. I have never received a response regarding what happened to the set I ordered.
