I’ve just been using Riddle to build a quiz and got stuck figuring out how to generate different responses based on people’s scores. I used the chat function and ended up speaking with a really helpful guy called Mike — and I was so relieved not to be chatting with a bot!
Mike was incredibly efficient. He asked for a unique code linked to my profile so he could review what I’d built, then went above and beyond by creating a personalised video walkthrough showing exactly how to fix it.
Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had — not just impressive, but hugely appreciated. It’s saved me hours of figuring things out on my own.
I've been absolutely delighted with my Riddle experience. It's a smooth UX experience and the team is incredibly responsive. Mike in particular is infectiously enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Great support, flexible platform – now working perfectly!
I initially signed up for this platform with high hopes, drawn by its powerful quiz builder and promised flexibility. At first, I hit a roadblock: I needed a redirect option for my personality quiz to complete my funnel, and it wasn’t supported at the time. This was a critical feature for my setup.
However, after reaching out to support (shoutout to Mike – incredibly helpful and friendly!), the team quickly stepped in. They understood my use case and worked with me to find a solution that allowed me to keep my existing logic without rebuilding everything from scratch. I was genuinely impressed by how responsive and proactive they were.
Now everything works exactly how I need it to. The platform integrates smoothly with my funnel, and I’m able to send users to my custom thank-you page after quiz completion – a must for my marketing automation flow.
While there was a bump in the beginning, the way the team handled it completely changed my experience. Their support and willingness to adapt gave me the confidence to stick with Riddle, and I’m glad I did.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a robust, responsive quiz platform with a team that truly listens.
Fantastic support from the team when you need help and a really fun flexible platform.
They promise a lot in their (sales) chat, then take forever long or simply never deliver. If the features or new release finally arrive, they silently change their terms such as from "unlimited" to 3 domains. At the same time they increase prices sharply without notice.
Over my decades-long career in IT and as a self-employed entrepreneur I have never dealt with such an over-promising, yet under-delivering provider of service. They are excellent at playing words, yet not trustworthy in any aspect. Last but not least, you cannot export the riddles you have with them; rather you are locked in. I deeply regret not having Riddle.com thoroughly investigated before signing up for the paid plan.

• Unlimited Usage: Riddle has always offered unlimited usage regarding the number of quizzes you can create, participants who can take them, and leads you can collect. Our aim is to provide a flexible platform without limiting your creativity or audience reach.
• Domain Usage: You purchased access to Riddle 1.0, which still offers unlimited usage on domains you personally own in our Pro Plan. Usage on customer domains required our Team Subscription at the time you made your purchase. You still have full access to Riddle 1.0 and can continue to use it without limits. With the launch of Riddle 2.0 and the introduction of whitelisting, we expanded our terms to include up to three domains (these can now even be domains your customers own) in your plan. We apologize for any confusion and are committed to ensuring our terms are clear and transparent.
• Pricing: We're unique among quiz maker software providers in that we never raise prices for customers with active subscriptions. In your case, that has resulted in a savings of 58% from our current pricing. We aim to offer more value without additional costs to our loyal users.
• Feature Delivery: Our dev team is very fast at delivering a steady stream of new features. We rolled out 15 feature-packed updates and introduced over 40 major features in 2024 alone. 95% of our features come from requests from our community. If there are specific features you feel were delayed, we’d love more details so we can address them directly.
• Content Export: We understand the importance of data portability. While exporting content can be complex due to database structures, we do offer a powerful and flexible API to access your content. We’re happy to assist you in utilizing this feature to meet your need

CEO und Mitarbeiter sind außerdem stets mit schnellen und wertvollen Antworten/Informationen auf Rückfragen per Chat-Funktion erreichbar.
Auch der Datenschutz (der User) wird hier Groß geschrieben. Alles in allem ein sehr cooles Tool mit vielen Möglichkeiten.
