Quality
I have used Rieker before. so did not hesitate in returning for a pair of winter boots.The quality is great and price is competitive. Boots are wonderful.

I loved the style and quality of the boots I ordered but sadly the fit wasn’t right. The return was very easy, with a free return label included, no going on line to print your own. The refund of the cost happened very quickly. I give full marks for customer service.

Shoes arrived promptly. Rieker at the moment are the only shoe/boot that I can wear as I very narrow feet. Comfortable and supporting.

I'm very happy with my recent purchase. Rieker has plenty of great styles to choose from, the craftsmanship seems good, the delivery was fast and best of all the shoes are very comfy :) I'm already a repeat customer, and I'm sure that this won't be the last time I buy Rieker shoes.

Fast service and good quality shoes. Only down side is they seem to be making them narrower than they used to be. Not such a good fit anymore.
