Poor Quality
I bought this table from Right Style Furniture around 2 years ago for €800–€900 and I’m extremely disappointed with how it has held up.
The table gets very little use but the laminate has started peeling in multiple places. The table is rarely used, which makes it even more frustrating to see it falling apart like this after only 2 years.
I contacted the store and they agreed that it shouldn’t really be happening, but because it’s slightly outside the warranty period there isn’t much they can do.
The table looks nice and that’s what attracted me to it in the first place, but when you’re spending this kind of money you expect it to last. For €800–€900 I expected much better quality and durability than this.
Really disappointed overall. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Having reviewed our records, the table was purchased in August 2024 and collected in October 2024. You contacted us regarding an issue with the edge banding on 4th June 2026, which is significantly outside the manufacturer's 12-month warranty period.
Although the item was no longer covered under warranty, we still submitted your case, photographs and details to both the supplier and manufacturer for assessment. Following their review, the damage was determined not to be the result of a manufacturing fault and therefore did not qualify for a warranty replacement.
Despite this, and in an effort to assist, we successfully negotiated a heavily discounted replacement tabletop on your behalf at 50% of the normal replacement cost.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we do feel we acted fairly and professionally throughout the process by investigating the issue fully and providing a goodwill solution even though the warranty period had expired.

Mick&rob or rob&mick delivery drivers
Mick&rob or rob&mick are one of the nicest delivery drivers, got a corner sofa and a kitchen table and chairs delivered about roughly 2/3 weeks ago and they came and set everything up for me, they gave my son stuff to help with and were really sound they served a high standard.

Brand new Broken bed with no solution
I had a bed fitted on 24th April. It’s never been right, making noises, bent bar, screws in wrong place.
Delivery man was stinking of weed, I made contact with he store in Omni. Was redirected to customer service.
Customer service was “escalated” to senior management. Nothing back for weeks, after multiples tries to get a response I spoke with management in omni store. Said he would sort it, nothing since he said just give me 2 days. Over 2 weeks ago.
Really having an unpleasant experience with right style. Brand new bed and it’s broke just left with no solution after been told so.
Wouldn’t recommend.

We have had an ongoing issue with…
We have had an ongoing issue with rightstyle for over 1 year now. They delivered an incorrect back cushion for our new couch last May 2025. We were very understanding as accidents happens. After months waiting for a replacement, and poor communication from rightstyle, they stated they could not source the cushion and would replace the couch, and take the old one back. So now over 1 year on, the day had finally arrived for our delivery. The delivery men refused to deliver as the old couch was still there. To say we were shocked after taking the day off work for this. The overall experience had been awful and would not recommend them at all.

Highly recommend Rightstyle Furniture! We purchased our Hartshire Corner Sofa and a coffee table from the Omni branch - Orla was of great help and was so lovely to deal with. The delivery was also very quick (was told 4-6 weeks for the couch and it came in exactly 4 weeks!). The delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with and set up the couch for us no bother. We are beyond delighted with our couch and coffee table, quality is amazing and would definitely be recommending to everyone!

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Right Style Furniture and the technician they sent from Walsh Furniture Repair. The technician told us during the inspection that the mattress topper foam had failed and even showed us the specific area in the picture. He said this would be included in the report, so we signed based on that explanation.
However, the report we received days later said the complete opposite and claimed there was no issue with the mattress. The photo the technician showed us was not included, and the findings he verbally explained were missing.
I don’t know whether this was a mistake or done intentionally, but the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Based on this, I cannot give any stars.
Please see the attached photo showing how the mattress keeps a deep handprint when pressed. A good mattress should bounce back immediately, but this one sinks and holds the shape, which explains the unbearable pain it causes.
Despite this clear issue, the technician and the company are still saying the mattress is “good,” which is completely unacceptable. The mattress is not providing proper support, and the visible indentation proves it.
I asked the customer service, please do inspection from different company, my request is completely ignored.
I will request to the people, must read my experience before buying anything from right style furniture, your warranty or Guaranty is actually just become myth on paper.

We absolutely understand your concerns regarding the condition of your mattress and the discomfort you’ve described.
To ensure a fair and impartial assessment, an independent third-party inspection was arranged through Walsh Furniture Repair. Please note that Walsh Furniture Repair are not employees of Right Style Furniture and operate independently when carrying out inspections and producing reports.
Following receipt of your comments, we contacted Walsh Furniture Repair directly to review the points you raised. They have confirmed that the report issued is complete and accurately reflects their findings at the time of inspection. They have also confirmed that, based on the testing carried out during their visit, no manufacturing fault was identified with the mattress.
As the inspection was completed independently and no fault was found, we are unfortunately not in a position to offer a replacement or further action at this stage.
We do fully appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, we must rely on the findings of the independent inspection process.
If you wish to obtain a second independent opinion, you are of course free to do so, and we would be happy to cooperate with any further formal assessment.

I was very happy with my purchase from rightstyle furniture Fonthill.
Michael was so helpful and made the ordering and delivery process so easy, he called before the delivery to confirm everything was going ahead and called after the delivery to check everything went ok.
The sofa I bought was stunning and of great quality. The table and chairs was perfect.
The delivery men were so nice and pleasant, and they put together the sofa on site and the kitchen table.
