Good product would shop here again
Purchased an ottoman bed recently from rightstyle. Delivery time was pretty good, sales staff was very nice & the lads that called to the house had it assembled in no time. The quality of the product I would deem to be excellent. Overall a good experience & we are very happy.

Currently dealing with customer service…
Currently dealing with customer service with my partner, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. After Having issues with our new sofa being damaged having dirty hand prints all over and missing a part, and now our table and chairs not being compatible despite not being made aware of this in the showroom when dealing with the sales associate who clearly just wanted more commission. Considering the circumstances I’m unsure why we can’t be given a refund/exchange for these chairs and/or table that they could just use in a showroom. And allow us to get either new table and/or chairs that are compatible. Do not trust the staff as they do not have your best interests at heart and good luck if you ever find yourself dealing with the customer service team.

In regards to the dining set you selected, this was a dining set that you selected in store. I can see that the chair didn't fit into the dining table as you originally had hoped. Our sales people pride themselves on helping our customers in store to find the perfect furniture for them and had this question been raised during the sale, our team would have assisted you with this. As these are the items that you asked our team to order for you, are now assembled in your home and in use, this is the reason that we cannot exchange the set for you. We do apologies for any inconvenience caused and if there is anything else that we can do to help, please let us know and we will be more than happy to.

Great quality and great on price
I was buying a bed for my teenage son as it will be a last bed so wanted a good quality bed that last for year's with good mattress.I have to say Michael was a gent and showed me few bed's, I picked a small double ottoman bed that was a great price. Thank you Michael for your help.

Fantastic service
Very good company to deal with..Great communication when ordering and delivering as i had to delay my delivery date and they held onto the product until I was ready. Very strong table and chairs set and easy to assemble. The option to get it assembled was also available.

Emlyn in right style furniture in Fonthill was a brilliant help from the beginning. I purchased a couch and table and chairs from him. He was very patient when I couldn’t make up my mind. Excellent service
We are so happy with the bed we purchased and the service we received throughout was absolutely excellent from attending the showroom at Omni to having our bed installed from the delivery team.
We have since recommended Rightstyle to friends who have recently made purchases too and we will most definitely be returning customers ourselves.

No bench for months
We have been waiting Over a month to have a bench delivered. Been told 3 times they'll call us back but they never did. We have a table but no bench to sit on.. Customer service can only do so much but waiting this long for a bench is ridiculous!!

Top Class Service
My fiance, Lisa and I, travelled from Cork the last week of February 2025, to purchase our new furniture as we were so impressed with the fabulous social media reels. As we passed through Kilkenny, we learned of a few negative reviews. We decided to carry on and see for ourselves. We travelled to the Belgard Road store. We met Orla and to say we were treated with absolute class and professionalism wouldn’t give it the appreciation it deserves. We ordered a beautiful double ottoman bed for our daughter, an absolute top class dining table and chairs, and a fantastic bespoke 2 seater and 4 seater for our living room. We are delighted with everything Orla and Rightstyle did for us. Orla couldn’t have done any more, emails back and forth to make sure we were always happy with the next step. An absolute joy to deal with.
