excellent phone service if needed.
I have been using Ring Britain for over 15 years. I have people in England that do not use Whats app or have apple phones etc, and are not easily accessed in those platforms. Ring Britain has been a very reliable and honest phone source.

Often doesn't work
Often doesn't work. Says I don't have enough credit (!) or the number I've input is incorrect (impossible, as it's a pre-saved contact, and works eventually after a couple of tries)

Hi, Anon,
We have verified the connection of your calls. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call a cell phone number.
However, some changes have been made in the way of connecting your calls to your account to avoid problems in the future.
Hope everything is working better now.
Your RingBritain Team
I’ve been very happy with the ring…
I’ve been very happy with the ring Britain and 99% of the time get through to the person I’m calling without any problems. There is the occasional time when it’s a little difficult but this happens very infrequently. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone with family or friends in the UK.

Easy to set up and use and great rates
This is so easy to use and the rates are good. I got it because I can call either a land-line or a cell phone. I also opted for the unlimited. A couple of times the lines have been less than stellar, but calling back took care of the problem. I have continued using it because I am overall extremely happy with RingBritain and would sincerely recommend it to anyone. This is a great service at a great price.

I enjoy your service
I enjoy your service, but the serious problem still arises almost every time I attempt to phonr my bankers in London in order to discuss my investment portfolio - VERY IMPORTANT you will agree. Their numbers are 0044 207 131 8172/4633 and 4821. Each attempt I am given the response - 'please enter the number you wish to dial' - then after the third time - 'goodbye'. What can you do please?
