Ordered through amazon and the delivery company who will remain unnamed absolutely smashed it to pieces and lost some of the contents of the shelving

I contacted the company and provided photos of the package and within literally minutes they resolved the issue and sent a replacement. No long waits on the phone, no unpleasantness just amazing service! Definitely a trustworthy company

I ordered 6 Ypsilon Champagne flutes. Unfortunately, 2 of the glasses were broken. This was due to them not been packed securely and not helped by the way the courier delivered them. I contacted Rinkit customer services, who were very helpful and they agreed to replace the 2 that were broken. These arrived today (30 Nov 2025) and in fact they sent 4 in total which was much appreciated.

Good prices, quick delivery and excellent customer service. One glass was broken I emailed them and they sent out a replacement the next day. Would use again 😁

I ordered 2 glass chopping boards. Very speedy delivery. Unfortunately when they arrived one was smashed…they needed better packing and a smaller box. I contacted Rinkit and they said they will send out a replacement. No quibbles. What an excellent company. I’m very happy to write this excellent review for them.

I ordered a Piñata from Rinkit via Amazon for next day delivery for my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, the blindfold was missing.

I emailed Rinkit directly as I didn't want to return the Piñata, and Victorija was very helpful and sent out the blindfold which came just in time for the birthday! Was very pleased with the expectational customer service from the speedy email replies to the no fuss resolution. I would definitely recommend buying from this businesses!

Delivery arrived damaged. Telephoned regarding damaged packaging and goods.
Answered telephone quickly and when I explained the situation Matty asked that I send some photos via email.
Company arranged for replacements without any hassle or quibble.

I have purchased the 3d box frames from Rinkit over the past year and there customer service has been first class i have placed orders and they have arrived the following morning. Sadly there has been some damages in transit but Rinkit has been amazing and has solved the issue without fail. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used this company once and will definitely use them again. The items arrived quickly and were just as expected. Unfortunately, the delivery from Evri was poor and 1 item was damaged. I emailed customer services at Rinkit.com and after only a few minutes, I had a reply. The item that was broken would be replaced and within just a few more minutes, I received an email telling me my item had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day.

First set of gold charger plates arrived super fast, very good quality for the price with that quality we ordered another set of silver ones, same easy ordering and up to date delivery information, very impressed

I have ordered a lot of items from Rinkit, and I mean a lot! Every experience has been a pleasure. I had one minor issue once, but it was resolved the very next day. This is how customer service should be – fantastic!

Rinkit first used Evri for delivery who just failed in every way losing the parcel and doing nothing about it. Rinkit rectified the situation by sending a replacement via another courier in just two days. Great service when EVRI not involved

I am a small business that provides a personlised 3d Printing Service and Laser Engraving, I have received a few Slate Items from this company and all I have to say is the service they provide is the best I have ever experienced.. ok I only order small quantities of items mainly slate but within days of ordering my order arrives at my door, I have never had to contact customer service because my orders have all been delivered in perfect condition, there should be more companies like this one who provide outstanding service, there team must work hard to get all there orders out... Superb company. VGVFM and quick delivery. I had one broken glass out of a large order. Replacement sent the same day with an apology. I can't recommend highly enough. Always my first port of call. Well worth checking out. I've recommended to three people just today.

I ordered a dog doorstop from Rinkit. It arrived the very next day. Unfortunately, it was damaged, but upon sending an email with a picture of the damage, Ana from Rinkit replied within minutes and sent another dog doorstop. This one arrived equally quickly, great value and this time in perfect condition. I was very impressed with this company and thank them for a very quick and hassle free resolution to the problem.

I was happy with the ordering process. I have knocked a star off as two out of the six champagne flutes were chipped on the base so I had the hassle of sorting it out.
I was, however, pleased with their response. Two more glasses were quickly dispatched and delivered. Also I didn't need to return the two damaged ones.

I have found this company very reliable and have never been disappointed with the items purchased or the speed of delivery.
