I couldn't use the online insurance…
I couldn't use the online insurance portal but a very helpful customer service agent read through all the T&Cs, it too nearly 40 minutes but we finally got my motorhome insured for a cheaper cost than any other online insurance company.

While there may occasionally be a short wait if our advisers are assisting other customers, our telephone hold times have generally been very low recently.
