This app sells itself as a Pokemon card site where you can win expensive cards for a small cost. Its commercial shows the player hit the maximum winfall three times in a row which is complete and utter horse crap. They will throw just enough win your way to get a few more bucks out of you and then you roll nothing. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

These guys are criminal, targeting a younger audience with addictive gambling practices and should be prosecuted for such shade.

**My experience with RIPS by Triumph — concerned about the advertised odds**

I’m posting this because I think other users should be aware of my experience.

I played a RIPS pack/game that advertised approximately 50/50 odds. I recorded my results- not even close. After spending well over $1,000 I’m 100% sure their advertised odds are false. I’m so sure I’m likely going to file a complaint with the AG.

I understand that random outcomes can produce losing streaks, and I’m not claiming that my results alone prove the system is rigged. My concern is whether the actual outcomes are consistent with the odds being displayed to customers\.

I have screenshots/transaction records documenting my activity\. I have also tried to contact Triumph to get an explanation of how the advertised odds are calculated and have had difficulty getting a meaningful response.

I would like Triumph to publicly explain:
• Exactly how the advertised odds are calculated
• Whether the displayed odds apply independently to every attempt
• Whether there are any conditions or algorithms that affect those odds
• How customers can independently verify that the stated odds are accurate

I’m not asking people to take my word for it\. I’m asking Triumph to explain the numbers and provide transparency about the odds customers are being shown.

My package got lost or stolen or they didn't want to send it and they want to tell me there not going to do anything about it because it say delivered!
A $525 sport card just lost and they tell me there not gonna do anything!
They do not help customers i waited 3 days to finally hear from someone to just tell me they aren't gonna do anything for me ...

I had a very frustrating experience with this app’s customer service and referral system. The referral link prompts you to enter your phone number, but there is no option to actually input the referral code, making the process unusable from the start.
Attempting to work around this, I deleted and recreated my account, only to be told that my cousin’s referral code was now invalid. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful and simply blamed the issue on my account deletion without offering any meaningful solution or guidance.
Overall, the experience felt poorly designed and unsupported. I would strongly recommend avoiding this app until these issues are properly addressed.

I spent 5 dollars for a deposit which I can prove with bank transaction and a screen shot. It has not once been loaded to my account regardless of numerous text sent to customer support and a ticket opened. Ive requested they give me what I paid for, I've asked for a refund and they've outright refused to even acknowledge..7 days for 5 bucks is ridiculous...not even gpt sites take that long.

I have 20+ cards that I feel I have been scammed out of I have never received my cards and I am extremely upset and at a loss for words with this process I have all the photos and tracking numbers and I want answers
