Everything about this team is perfect. The fit is perfect and comfy. All my gymwear is now Rise only🔥💪🏼
5 out of 6 of the products I bought were great. However the black stringer is paper thin and it ripped when I was removing it the first time. It is not fit for purpose and shouldn’t be ok the market. I can see my finger through the black fabric. The dark Blue stringer is much thicker.
I contacted them about this 9 days ago and they seem incredibly reluctant to help. No refund or replacement yet. If it isn’t resolved in the next couple of days I’ll have to do a credit card chargeback. Very poor customer service that I’m having to resort to this.
Any time I've needed any type of customer service..questions, returns, exchanges.. their team is right there. Prompt and helpful, it's always so easy and stress free. Good customer service is highly rated in my books.

I've just spent a couple of hours live-chatting (not a bot!) with Nick. All over a pair of PEAK shorts that I bought - and really like - but got in the wrong size and was looking for a return/exchange. He was more than helpful. Above and beyond. And all for one pair of shorts? Crazy. Where does that happen nowadays? And the fact that we chatted for a couple of hours was not a reflection of a problem...we ended up chatting about the company, in general, as well. Pretty incredible. And the product itself, seems great. Really good quality. I look forward to using it. So much so, I plan to buy more this evening. No, I'm not a "plant" or a "friend". But I've spent over 30 years in advertising, owning my own agency and having some of the biggest clients in business, so I know of what I speak when a company is doing it well. And the fact that they're Canadian is fantastic. Especially during these times when we need to support each other. Great job, RISE. (And don't sell! You will be courted, believe me, if you aren't already. Stay true. Again, I speak from experience, both from apparel companies I did work for, and my own. Keep it up!)

For me it was the fact he actually reached out to me couple hours after I placed the order. No BS “sorry we’ve shipped it already”. Fantastic customer service and I will be purchasing from RISE again 100%.

Used to be a fan of RISE but their customer service is awful and I deeply regret recommending them to anyone. Ordered for my girl, got zero communications that 2/3 items was being held to ship together with an out of stock item. Only after following up on the status of the items were we told they couldn't ship it because they are waiting for the third item...who and when were they going to tell us that?! I think they avoided updating us so that we would miss the return window.
When we asked for a refund they told us to wait and it'll be in stock soon then avoided responding until they decided it would be fine to ship the two items after all without even updating us and then make us wait for the third. So even though we asked not to ship them and give us a refund they decided to send it anyways without updating us, trapping us into this mess.
They said it was already packed which is why they shipped it out...but in the emails beforehand, told us that they were waiting for the third item to restock to ship it all together...so why would the other two already be boxed and ready for shipping.
They're not even willing to take back the sale item that we said not to ship out and is asking us to pay for the shipping cost to send back to an item I requested not to send out before they even packaged it. They are offering a discount on a future order rather than giving us the refund...why would we even consider ordering from Rise again.
This is the most unusual ordering experience I've experienced. It's been easier dealing and communicating with small businesses from overseas.
Warning to anyone considering to purchase, you might not have the same experience but just know their customer service is not going to help you and will do anything to avoid a refund including ignoring you.

Just this past week I had issues with a non-delivery. Rise is always great with email contact and Edwin was wonderful to deal with even emailing on the weekend, if my memory serves me! In the end Canada Post figured out the problem and delivered my package successfully. Edwin emailed regularly until things had panned out. Amazing service!

Deceptive return policy. They love the fine print to reject returns even after forcing you to pay the shipping to send things back to them.

This company is rigid and has no regard for its customers. They would rather hug their policies than treat their customers like humans.
The sizing is not consistent, but good luck returning anything because they will make you send it back on your dime, with tracking, so at least 20$.
Also, if you point out an issue that was caused by poor design, ex. Ripped pants that you barely wore, they will not believe you, hide behind their policies and invite you to size up.
I bought a lot of stuff from them, but they don't act human and even if I like most of the stuff I got, I feel awful buying anything ever again.
I had never ordered from rise but need some clothing for a Halloween costume. I contacted them and within 24 orders they shipped my order ahead of schedule before even replying. They acted first and didn’t delay. I’m have my order and will buy again!

If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered a lifting belt 2 months ago when the site said in stock. After 3 weeks of not seeing my belt delivered I emailed to ask what was going on and was told that the belt isn’t in stock and as soon as it’s in stock it will be shipped. Even though it allowed me to order originally and said in stock. After another 2 weeks I emailed again and was told the same thing and I responded and asked if I could switch belts and pay the difference and was told that is not possible. I requested a refund. I was told that is not possible. A refund? They can’t honour a refund? I’ve asked 3 times and after over 2 months have not seen my belt and denied a refund. This company is fraud and have robbed me. Do not order from them. You will lose your money and be told they “can’t” refund.

The quality of all items I have purchased is impeccable. From the material to the actual cut and fit of shirts and hoodies, everything has been amazing. They actually make me look more athletic than I might be. I can only recommend you people trying RISE out, the free shipping from Canada to Germany took only 6 days instead of the projected 20 days. Hats off to Rise and Canada Post service.
