I recently purchased the Pmax 5600 smith machine model. Let me start off by saying it took them 3 weeks to get it shipped. After i had contacted customer service to ask for an update. They said there were issues with the model i purchased, so i asked to cancel the order and a refund. Customer service rep bribed me with some extra goodies to not cancel. After threatening to cancel if they didnt provide a tracking number the following day. Somehow i magically received 12 tracking numbers right away within 4 hours. Yes the product got here fast but why couldnt this be done without me complaining and asking for a refund? During setup you can notice they use cheap chinese metal grade parts, some screws dont line up correctly some holes arent aligned right for the bolts and screws. The barbell for the smith machine is such a terrible design on there part, yes i understand 1 inch weight option but its 2026 and everybody is using 2 inch olympic plates these days. With that being said the barbell is a 1 inch barbell with a 2 inch flimsy adapter for olympic weights. For the price I should have spent abit more money and got a better quality brand and product. I used to own the RitFit smith machine model and that blows this company away by miles. So if your doing ur research like i did please do not believe ritkeeps website reviews or any good reviews. There all lies and have been paid for there reviews. I even went to youtube to make sure i spent my moneys worth. Yea i got duped lol stay away from this company and product at all cost

The company/website is a scam. They have closed their website and I have sent 2 separate emails and left 3 voicemails after 3 weeks of waiting for my order to be processed when they guaranteed service within 5-7 days. Today I went to their website to notify them I was cancelling my order to find their website is gone.

I bought the PMAX 4750 smith machine, and am very happy with it. The number of exercises this machine supports is amazing. It seems well made. It was relatively easy to assemble, though plan on spending half a day to get it working.

There were a few missing parts in the initial shipment, which was a bummer, but customer service shipped them out to me as soon as I reported the problem and now everything is working perfectly.

I could argue that shipping an incomplete product is a reason for giving three or four stars, but the product is, in my opinion, so good that I can't give it less than 5 stars. It does everything I want it to do. For the price, you're not going to find anything else comparable (at least I couldn't, after weeks of researching).

I still haven't received my last box. It's been over a week. I reached out to your team and they said they will look into it. but I havent heard back and it still hasnt shipped.

Overall you can not beat this equipment for the price it meets and takes care of all my needs only complaint is quality of the 10lb plates fitting easily on and off the bars seems to be the wholes are a little oblong, everything else plates included do the job

It took two months for all the parts to be shipped to me and the customer service is slow to respond. I do not recommend purchasing through Ritekeep. Horrible experience

Order was delivered approximately a month later then when received was missing parts. Was promised Matt to make up for all delays and they have never been sent overall horrible experience and would never recommend this company

So far the cage we bought has been great. Easy to assemble and very versatile.

We did not receive all boxes to complete the shipment. We had to wait another week and a half this get this figured out. Then once starting to assemble the machine we had parts missing. Had to wait another week and half to get parts shipped from China.

Overall a great product and enjoy the workouts. On the other side of that there were a few issues. A couple missing and damaged parts. The customer service is easy and quick, however, there is zero follow up, added info or tracking information provided once they respond. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for some parts and the only communication from ritkeep are how are we doing surveys

Customer service is great! We ordered with red plates and didn’t receive. They quickly offered to send those or a foot press and I took the foot press! Love this attachment and the machine. The only thing I wish was different would be that the weights were labeled.

items did not come labeled instructions online were diffrent from the ones packed inside the box. Pullly system seems unstable you send me the wrong color

Very quick response to questions asked and in replacing missing parts. Also added some free items because of shipping delay.

Great product, very sturdy. Slight damage to an end-cap during transport / delivery, but doesn't affect anything functional. Some of the bolts were a tad loose but easily remedied with a couple twists of a wrench. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase! Would buy it again.

Trying to return the product and get my money back. The leg press doesn't fit into the PMAX 5600.
I assumed it would.

Very durable heavy duty bench. Great product and looks nice.

This company is definitely focused on customer experience. I ordered an adjustable bench and it was delivered 3 days earlier than expected. Though the bench I ordered was delivered damaged (only cosmetic) the company was fast to respond at any time of day. Though there a some minor issues the bench quality is better than expected at the price point.

Took a while to get the rig and shipping was t great. Shipping company was not easy to talk to on the phone. Also directions to put it together were not good at all.

Extremely pleasant and very accurate information about the selling process.
