Unbelievable quality, after watching a certain programme on bbc I ordered their cocao and was very disappointed so I thought I’d try another brand to see if there was any difference, well there really is no comparison Ritual Cocao is by far superior and yes it’s more expensive but like anything you get what you pay for and I don’t mind paying more when the quality is so much better. I will definitely be ordering again

I have been drinking Ritual Cacao, Tsatsayaku, for years and the taste is gorgeous. I start each morning with a cup of Ritual Cacao, setting intentions and flowing into my day. The delivery is always prompt, the packaging is stunning, the website is full of choice and amazing information. The quality of the Cacao is outstanding.

Ritual Cacao is a great business that really cares about the buyer. They give so much support in using cacao. I really appreciate how much care goes in to supplying the cacao, and the environmental impact.

Ritual Cacao is a game changer - firstly it's delicious!
I'm a coffee lover but since having a daily cup have not felt like any coffee - the cacao has all the benefits of coffee without the edginess, anxiety and caffeine crash and I feel alert, clear and calm. I'm feeling benefits on every level - I just have to resist taking a big chunk off and eating it! Lovely stuff guys - Thank you.

Quick delivery, I had a issue with one of my products and they sent me another sample very quickly without me asking. Good customer service.

The Cacao is good quality. Just don't buy into the services because they're not what is described. Which is a pity because it comes across as a big scam. Image over 300 people paying £30 each for a zoom Cacao experience 4 times a week, is a lot of money to take from unwittingly knowing people.

Absolutely delicious cacao sourced ethically. Really love the ceremonies too. Great organisation. Definitely recommend!

I would have given 0 if I could have.

First of all, the ceremony got cancelled. Which happens, but instead of offering the refund or to join another ceremony on the convenient date - we were told that it was moved to a date which was not suitable for me. Since I couldn’t join on the date that Rebekah has decided (FYI when people buy an experience they do so in advance so they could make sure that they have time so join in- you cannot cancel the experience and then decide the date that is suitable for you only!).
I was disappointed already that it got cancelled and even more so that it was moved to the date not suitable for me.

So Rebekah said she will send me the recording of the ceremony, however the recording was audio only.
It was not a cacao ceremony, Rebekah did not speak about the cacao at all. It felt like a mediation only. Not what expected or not the way that the experience was described.

Very very disappointing with the experience, service and lack of compassion from Rebekah.

Always a beautiful experience on zoom as in real life. Always went smoothly appart on the 30th of December issue that was a Ziom issue. It was disappointing but was a life lesson of patience and letting go. The ceremony happened two days later and was very powerful.

Very poor customer service and cancelled ceremony in Dec.

I never tend to post negative reviews on my, but this time I am really disappointed with the experience I had with Rebekah Shaman from Ritual Cacao and wanted to share it.
I have bought Ceremonial Cacao kit (from elsewhere) for my sister for Christmas and a Cancer Full Moon Cacao ceremony to go with it from Ritual Cacao as I thought it will be a fun experience for us together. The ceremony was supposed to happen on the 30th of December 2020 for a full moon as well as end of year ritual.

We prepared the beautiful space and a cup of ceremonial cacao and waited for the ceremony to start at 9pm (joined 15 mins earlier as was recommended by Rebekah). But we couldn’t join as it said 100people limit was already reached. We kept trying different devices, emailed the organizers and just didn’t know what to do as there were no reply.
After around 20 mins we received an email that there are some issues but ceremony should be starting soon.. So we kept waiting for the ceremony to start, but instead of relaxing, refreshing my emails every 2 minutes awaiting for the update email.

After another 20 mins a new Zoom link was sent that didn’t work either and then Youtube live link was sent that didn’t work as well. More than an hour later since the original expected starting time we received an email from the admin that ceremony won’t happen at all. What is more, the email was send to all 300 participants with all email addresses in CC (meaning everyone can see the name & email address) 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ So as you can imagine, after that the emails started coming from all the people with recommendations - spamming everyone’s emails & breaching GDPR rules for sure. by that time already we were really disappointed with miscommunication, delays, no email or explanation (or Instagram story for that matter from Rebecca herself).

Next day in the afternoon we finally received an email from Rebecca explaining that they had technical issues and that no refunds will be made and the ceremony will be moved to 1st of January. For those who cannot attend she will send a recording.. OK - finally some response at least. I replied back expressing my disappointment with the situation (especially as it was a gift😔) and asked for a recording, but preferably a refund or allowing us to join a ceremony at a convenient time (we already had plans for the 1st of January). No response.

The next day I received a recording.. but no note nothing to go with it from Rebecca. So we once again prepared for the ceremony. We created a Beautiful space, cacao - etc.. We opened the recording AND it was 2 hours AUDIO recording only 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ As you can imagine Audio recording for 2 hours (with lots of quiet time too) is not what you expect whilst buying an experience of cacao ceremony. Especially after so many issues and disappointments already.

So.. very frustrated and disappointed once more I sent an email to Rebecca that a 2 hour audio recording is not what we expected at all. The reply that I received was:

‘’ It works perfectly by audio and the experience is the same. ‘’

I mean 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ the poorest service I have ever received. Just wanted to share it because that’s really not how you should treat a client who is purchasing your service. At least I learned a lesson of what NOT TO DO ever. I am super dissapointed with the service from Ritual Cacao and Rebekah.

I may have taken a strong amount of cacao at the beginning. I did feel calmer and it did help me go to the toilet. I would like to stick to it, but I'm unable to afford to buy any until the New Year since Christmas is an expensive time of year. I will need to find out more about subscriptions and see if it's more affordable that way.

I love this cacao, the smell and taste are very special

This cacao is amazing. Delivery is fast and thanks to taking part in the 21 day cacao challenge I’ve managed to kick my coffee habit.

The cacao arrived on time in lovely packaging.
It doesn't have instruction on how to make it that might be useful.
There is a great video on YouTube that shows how to make it if needed.
I've used the cacao once and I was happy with it.

Thank you to All who have made the Cacao sharing a possibility. Tried the 'Tsatsayaku' Cacao this time. Really enjoying :) May all beings be concerned about the welfare of all other beings. Take good care Xx
