Was having difficulty cancelling subscription on websited, I emailed them and they cancelled subscription within a matter of minutes and emailed me back.

It was very hard to cancel online and my first email was ignored, thus I have more product than I need. The customer service people on the 2nd try were very nice. Now to see if the promises come true.

Completely unhappy with the disguised and hidden renewal and cost of renewal.

Pleased company did not suggest buying their product without researching interaction between blood thinner and product. Very professional.

So far it seems good. Bottle was much shorter than expected as it appears to be a much taller bottle in ads. Product was shipped from China and I was not a fan of that considering it has claims of European manufacturing and testing. I have not had them long enough to have a long term review but so far it seems okay.

I’ve had really polite and helpful support in cancelling my subscription. Thank you. I’m hoping to return soon.

I really try to make sure what I'm signing up for and I really missed seeing that on yours if it's there. I have looked and looked to see if i had an email telling me I was on a subscription and my new shipment was coming but I didn't get one. I swear I wasn't aware until I saw the charge on my bank account. Sara is an asset and great at her job. Thank you so very much

I had placed an order with No Subscription to try this product; however they automatically charged me for a subscription they made without my authorization in July and after a quick reply o their email advising me of doing so, they were able to cancel the order and the payment. I still want to see if the product actually works or does anything at all. So I cannot comment on its effectiveness.

It seems that every email I received was an AI generated response. I am still unsure if my subscription has been cancelled or not. I prefer to order when or if want more. I was unaware that I was going to receive orders automatically. Also, I am supposed to receive another order when it has not even been a month since I received the first 3 bottles. And when I tried to sign in to manage my subscription, it showed that my email was wrong. However, I received emails from your company. That was strange.
I am taking 2 pills a day and not finished with the first bottle so I’m not sure if they are working. I actually don’t know how to tell if they are working.

Very prompt response and resolution to my query and request. No hassles, which I appreciated.

I can’t give it 5 stars yet; still determining if the capsules work.
