Ritual Labs - Happy Liver Reviews 

I tried the Happy Liver product because it sounded like something I needed. However, I did not ask my Dr first. After I told my dr what I was taking, she told me to get off of it because it was not healthy for my cancer.
I explained this to a Ritual Lab rep & she cancelled my subscription & gave me a rebate for the recent delivery of products. Sara was amazing & made me feel heard.

The company's support agents have repeatedly contradicted one another and moved the goalposts:First, they promised a full 100% refund.They then retracted that offer, stating I must return the product at my own financial expense to receive only a 60% partial refund.Next, they claimed the "wrong department" was handling my account.After transferring me, they once again promised a 100% refund.Finally, they changed their terms yet again, offering only a 50% refund upon return.This erratic behavior strongly indicates a fishy operation designed to intentionally delay, confuse, and wear down customers until they give up on getting their money back. Their highly public "60-day satisfaction guarantee" is a blatant lie.Do not trust their marketing. If you experience an issue with their product or subscription model, expect a hostile, disorganized customer service barrier. I strongly advise taking your business to a transparent, reputable company instead.

Auto subscription without consent. Be careful ordering. 2 weeks later $100 charge on a subscription I did NOT subscribe to. I have the original order and it's also impossible to cancel the subscription. I tried it 3 times and it's still active

I had an averse reaction and they responded to my email almost immediately and allowed me to return. I would definitely consider them for other supplements.

I did not sign for a subscription, yet they are sending me and billing me for product I did not order. I am afraid that I will have to cancel my credit card to get them to stop. I have never had an experience like this before with any company that I have dealt with in the past. Please be warned they are not reputable!

I placed an order on June 1st . Tried to cancel order but they claim it was already shipped. Once order was receive I sent numerous emails how to return with no response. I then saw all the bad reviews. I need a refund

I sent the product back to the address given to me by Ritual Labs, cost me 46AUD. Now AUSPOST is sending me messages that attempted three times but failed because there is no business called Ritual Labs anywhere in that building. Then I sent an email again to Ritual Labs that they have given me wrong address, because they're not US based in first place. They replied me instantly, and mentioned that oh sorry that is our old address. Please sent the product back to our new address to be able to receive my money back. I already spent almost 200AUD for this shit and now they want me to spend another 50AUD to ship it to their new address, WHICH DO NOT EXIST!

I ordered this and found it to be a Chinese Government SCAM. Order shipped via (https: //www .) bbgjwl.cn - all in Chinese lettering - who knows what is in this product that may be harmful?

My email was replied to within hours on a Saturday. Very helpful instructions were given. Problem solved.

Do not order from this company! It’s a scam. I placed an order and then saw all the bad reviews. Immediately tried to cancel my order and couldn’t get it to work. Then they contact me after my bad review & say they’ll refund me, but I saw the return address was wrong. I canceled my credit card so they wouldn’t continue to charge me. I’ll just eat the cost and be done with them!

Have another product coming that I did not asked for. I contacted them and they help me to solve the issue, Very good experience

Saw this on facebook, thought it was all legit so I ordered immediately. Then I started reading more and did more research. I contacted them in less then an hour after order. I asked to cancel and they suggested I try it first. I told them no and did not hear back from them until I got a notification of shipment. I contacted them again they told me I would need to pay to send them back and give them the tracking number and then once received they would refund my $99. They day I got them I went to the post office and sent them back with registered receipt, to my surprise the address they gave me has no business there. I had sent them the tracking number and everything but never heard back. Only way I got my money back was going through my cc company and sending them all the emails and tracking info and results… buyer beware!!! If you can’t trust the company how can you trust what they put in their pills???

Complete crooks they have a "SUBSCRIPTION" HIDDEN in their buy One! of their products. REFUSE TO CANCEL IT. LAWSUIT IF ANYONEWANT TO JOIN

Avoid this company! I ordered two bottles of Happy Liver to see if I liked or found benefit from the product.
It took several weeks for the product to arrive so I’d only had a few weeks of experience with the product. More on that soon…
I received notification of a second shipment “about to happen” and I immediately contacted the company. My first attempt was unsuccessful as their website wouldn’t recognize my email address, but we got connected within the same day.
The response acknowledged my request to cancel the order but directed me to another link for that action. I followed the link and was informed the order had already shipped, so there was another link.
That link allowed me to cancel the order but charged me $35.00 to cancel on an $89.00 order.
I believe this company is a scam. I don’t believe their product is doing anything for me and strongly recommend you avoid any interaction with this company.
I hope my review can save others the expense and frustration of dealing with this outfit.
