Your winnings are credited as casino credits up until you complete the rollover, after you finished the rollover which is 30x. The excess casino credits will then turn into real money

I deposited 24 XRP and had to play up to 700 xrp to get the rollover, they call it. But as i never recieved any winnings it is simply impossible to react it.
