Tive um problema com uma questão que estava errada sobre as minhas apostas e o suporte prontamente me ajudou com eficácia

They say they offer a 100% BONUS after you play a matching real money bonus. Then when you do they tell you the bonus is only good for sports better on their site not casino. This is not stated clearly when you sign up and opt in for the bonus.

Basically the site took my money fast and no bonus!!

Customer service agents always not available and replies late like - 3 - 5 hours.

Withdrawal process takes 3-5 days. In this modern era, that would have taken in minutes or hour.

Very poor system and structure.

Great site. Casino.exe is my favourite but they do have Esports and Sports. Wonderfully set up and not owned by some umbrella corp that have a monopoly on the enterprise.. Great customer support. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who gambles responsibly.

Trash site. Everytime i cashin all it takes is seconds, but when i cashout it takes days. Ive been waiting for 1 week already. How come cashin takes only a few seconds but when you try to cashout their taking so much time? Customer service is a fraud talking to anime characters or cartoons. Can someone tell me how is it not possible that cashin and cashout should have a same processing time.

Deposit takes only minutes to complete but the withdrawal really sucks. It takes you 4 days up to week to processs the withdrawal. This is very frustrating. Better to avoid this site.

Rivalry removed $1500 from my account 5 days after a winning slip settled. The reason: "The markets for this match were unexpectedly kept open longer than anticipated".

1. This is their responsibility and the user suffers for it. "Sorry we're taking your money back because of our mistake."

2. This explanation can apply as they see fit. Would you trust a book that'll throw out a winning slip on their own fault?

3. No other sportsbook cancelled this match, my funds are untouched on other sites where I bet the same game.

4. Rivalry customer chat is fast but as a user you really just care if your winnings get paid. And they removed my win because of their negligence. That's a red flag for me.

I've also been betting for years on Pinnacle and Betway but have never had a single winning slip reversed. So in conclusion if you're looking for a trustworthy betting site - no I don't recommend Rivalry.

The chat support was good, and will check more on it in the future. Certainly needs more improvement for the emailing system tho. (CONTEXT: Emailed dec: 5th to one of their team members but a different guy replied but just left me hanging xd)
And with the overall experience of my friends, workmate and groups on social media, I could say that betting here at Rivalry would be great for me.
