They banned my account just after a registration with the words: " it has come to our attention that your account has breached these rules, resulting in a permanent ban."
But the fact is that, I did not touch anything, I even didn't make any bets and other things in the interface and I got a permanent ban. That is really funny, because I tried to pass verification form a supported region with my original document. Be aware of this scam website, because you can be banned anytime with the same phrase. You don't have any wrights. Nobody will not tell you the truth and nobody don't want to deal with your problem.

WHAT A SCAM!

I won over 80,000 PHP and when i tried to withdraw after waiting 4 days they banned my account. They left me with my initial deposit of 11,000. Now they took my winnings and left me no choice but to withdraw the remaining 11k. THIS SITE IS A SCAM! YOU CANT DO ANYTHING WHEN U ARE WINNING, THEY WILL TAKE IT ALL AWAY.

You can withdraw small amount. but when u win Big im pretty sure they will also ban your account. Shameless! All of them are shameless! Including the stupid support! They will make you think they are your friend or will try to help you but they are also trained to be part of the scam.

Got banned when I was trying to withdraw my 93 dollars that I was saving for when I needed the money. I tried to withdraw it after almost a year and now I can't because my account is suspended and they won't tell me why LOL. I have been through their terms of service and the only thing I can think of is that I used 2 different cards on the site, which is not even considered sharing accounts, I had to figure that out myself since they keep saying on every conversation that the reason they banned me is "confidential information" that is just straight up unacceptable if you ask me.
Update: Sent them an email 2 weeks ago and still haven't got a reply, this only proves my complain twice at this point, bunch of lazybones, I wish all of them would reply to me as fast as the one replied to me here on trustpilot. Simply don't bet here.

O site está muito bem otimizado mais em alguns jogos tem delei.

Olho a média de nota e pra mim não faz o menor sentido. Com toda certeza do mundo pra mim a nota da Rivalry é sempre a máxima. Site rápido para depositar e para sacar ( o mais importante kkkk), plataforma muito bem feita, todos os jogos que quero tem nela. Sem contar o fato de saber quem é o dono (um salve pro Chicão). só gratidão a toda equipe pela qualidade e excelência no atendimento.

Also using there website in processing a deposit using online bank/cash (Debit/Credit) is not possible

Always get an error "refused to connect" on any bank I try.

Also customer service forces you to use payment method via phone app for some reason. Which I do not recommend because you cannot really dispute payment transactions with payment apps.

Their customer service via chat/email is really bad.

Since I cannot find a single good review, and most of the people has issues with withdrawal and account being banned and I cant use the payment method I want, then I wont recommend betting on this betting site.

It is totally scam. I regretted because i give it a 5stars rate before. It work well if you make small win bet. But if you win a lot, first your account will be banned for some reason of your resource. Then they ask you to provide document which is never approuved. You must wait not days but weeks for a reply while your balance is holded. Don't make same mistake as i do. AVOID this site

P/S it is not problem of verification at all. I have all verified. As i said it work well if you do not win alot. Believe me it take so so much time for a reply from them. Must count by weeks.

Hice un deposito de 15 dolares aposte y gane algo de 1.1 dolares, quise ver si se podia retirar solo por curiosidad porque queria seguir apostando y de pronto me suspendieron la cuenta. Me dijeron q me contactarian en 3 dias pero me parece una exageracion hay mucha gente que ya ni reclamara su dinero, pero en todo caso, de ser así me parece una estafa, exijo que me permitan hacer el retiro de mi dinero.
