This is my second booking with Rivaro Travel and as before, it was a seamless experience from initial contact till completing the booking. Feroze was able to get us a great deal and was always on hand to clarify any questions I had, often going above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Overall, very happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I recently booked my father’s flights with Rivaro Travel to Sri Lanka. The level of service we received was way above our expectations. At first we were very reluctant to book with the agency but since the flights were cheaper by £54 in comparison to Qatar Airways we decided to go ahead and book. Within hours we received our booking confirmation along with a copy of the ATOL certificate which gave us a peace of mind about my father’s forthcoming trip. The difference was around £400, so I’m very glad I’ve saved that by going with Rivaro! I know I’ll be booking via them for my future trips, definitely recommended!!
