First, the products are excellent, and I have been very impressed with my results in the time I have been using. I initially obtained a free sample kit offered through a social media advertisement-I thought why not. I have tried other brands and have thought they aren't targeting my needs for my aging skin issues, plus fragrances can be very invasive. Even through the sample pack, I saw some indications that they helped improve my skin texture. I think the products are competitively priced or better in the category they are in. Shipping has always been fast and customer service is excellent. The company offers a rewards program as well.

Riversol products are generally terrific. Their customer support team fantastic. All products ordered arrived on time.
However, I have found that the in my last two orders the cream in the moisturizer has been clumpy and separated almost like the ingredients weren’t mixed well enough together. This has been off putting. I have had to use a cue-tip before each use to mix the ingredients up to use it because the cream will not stay together. Originally, I had assumed it was because it was wintertime when the first order was shipped, but now I am not so sure.
I have been using Riversol products for 10+ years and am hoping it’s just a glitch in these batches.
I am not a fan of the changes to the cleanser from the original formula and now the moisturizer seems to be off. Fingers crossed it is just a couple of bad batches.

Nice products with explanations for sensitive skin

Very good, a always have very dry skin, and most cream give me irritation, but this one in just 15 day a could feel a big difference, thank you

My orders always arrive within a few days, which astonishes me in the best way. I’ve been using Riversol products for sensitive skin (I’m a senior, 71 years old) and they’ve kept my skin supple, smooth, and not irritated at all. I do have some wrinkles, but I’m often told that I don’t look my age, and I credit that to having used Riversol products for the past few years. Even my dermatologist has told me that “obviously, (I) take good care of my skin.

I tried the sample kit and definitely noticed more hydration in the first week.

Being a lady in my later years, the Reversol made my skin look a good 10 years younger than my biological age😍. Well worth the investment.

I'm 64 and had very dry skin for years, Riversol Concentrate has been the best moisturizer I've ever used. It penetrates the skin without feeling greasy. Redness and dry patches are gone and I no longer wear foundation to cover it up. Price is very reasonable and great service.

I absolutely love everything this company has to offer, I love the new body lotion, Leaves my skin feeling so soft and rejuvenated. Also my face skin care routine I can’t live without. Start off with the face wash then I use the retinol, the aging Serum, a then eye treatment and Lastly the moisturizer an my face looks a feels wonderful. Great products and great service, I highly recommend

I use the anti aging set as I’m aging.
I could see the lines on my forehead and at the side of my mouth becoming less visible, also my face is moist as I have dry skin.

I have used most of the Riversol products for several years and I love them all. They may seem expensive but they last long and more importantly they have done great things for my skin.

The instructions on the 15 day sample were very easy to follow my skin feels so much smoother and it’s the best product I have used for anti aging really helps with fine lines

I have always loved Riversol products. However, delivery was much longer than I had anticipated.

I really like most of the Riversol products. In this shipment I got a tube of hand cream that I am not really fond of. To me it leaves my skin feeling greasy instead of moisturized. I will continue with my skin care for my face, but will not order the hand cream again.

The first and most important its the quality of the product . I am very pleased.

Love your product, but customer service is lacking. I thought I was getting some product and didn’t. Was lead to believe differently. Called you out on it. Got the run around the dead silence. I have been using your product for awhile now. Looking for something else.
