Took a while to arrive but the desk is beautiful and well made.

Was delivered within the given timeframe. Very, very pleased with the desk (or table). Easy to assemble and is solid and stable. Looks great in my craft room.

I’m so pleased with my purchase. The perfect size. Well made too. Was very easy putting them in the legs on.

Table arrived within the time slot, packaging was excellent, table was well protected with no damage. Assembly was easy with just a few screws to screw into pre-drilled holes. The quality of the table more than met my expectations, I am so pleased with my table and would like to say thanks for a great product. Would definitely recommend. Five stars from ordering to delivery.

This is the second desk I have bought and love both of them. They are Solid and well made whilst being good to look at also.

Very happy - good communication from the company, item arrived as expected. High quality piece of furniture, well made and well finished, easy and quick to assemble, very sturdy and pleasing feel, good value, exactly as specified.

We bought a dining table and bench after reading all the reviews but unfortunately for us the experience has not been the best
Messages and emails were never replied to as we had an issue with the the holes being misaligned and having to drill new holes to fix the legs of the table
The legs for the bench came with protectors to stop scratches on floor and they don’t fit but fall off every time you move the bench
We were also unsure if the table had been waxed as it did not appear to be plus it also had a big crack that ran over the edge of the table that we questioned but again no reply
You are given 24hrs to raise issues which we did without a response
So not great unfortunately

Absolutely amazing - they gave an initial delivery time of 3 weeks and the desk was delivered within a week! Beautiful desk and very easy to put together. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

The product is so well made, strong and came well packaged. I always worry there may be some element of damage in transit, but it was spot on. We have now ordered another piece to match.

Whilst communication was very quiet whilst the product was being made, when I contacted them to chase delivery, they were swift to respond.

Excellent quality! Perfect fit in my new office. I did a lot of research into buying a desk for our new home office and this one was by far the best quality for the price, and also a bonus that it’s supporting a small, local business. I would definitely recommend and am now looking at purchasing a dining table.

The Juergen desk I bought had the exact functionality I was looking for and and no other desk I found online matched it. I wanted a rolling work station which could provide ample desktop space to work with and an under desk compartment that has the space and strength to carry a PC. So the product has been a dream once built.

The only thing I didn't like was the building experience, specifically putting the wheels onto the desk. The mechanism used to tighten the wheels onto the metal scaffolding is not that straightforward and a little mistake means the mechanism falls into the scaffolding. Which happened for almost every leg.

The top of the desk is also not flat. I thought that it would be but I realise wood will warp no matter so this is just a cost of using solid wood.

Very happy otherwise with the purchase!

The desk is very sturdy and easy to assemble, and is now being put to good use.

My only gripe is with the courier and its tracking service - FedEx did not provide accurate information, saying delivery would be one day which I waited in for, but gradually got later and later. Only to be delivered to an interim depot. It was successfully delivered the following day.
