I completed all three levels – beginner, advanced, and expert – within four months. Overall, it was a very good and instructive training that was also fun, with the trainer demonstrating a high level of expertise. The video recordings were very useful, as the course pace was sometimes quite fast. I would have appreciated having access to the source code developed during the sessions, instead of having to type everything myself, more focus on parsing and processing data from multiple instruments, and less emphasis on GUI development.

I was able to download some free indicators from their site, but as I already had a login, I would have preferred not needing to provide my name and email for each download. For those who don't create a login, I have no problem with the PII being provided each time. Once I installed everything, I was frustrated that the indicators didn't work out the box (I got an "invalid license" error). I must have missed the verbiage somewhere instructing me to create and email them a 3rd party license (I think a quick reminder near the download confirmation text would help greatly - if it's there, perhaps make it stand out more???). I emailed support, who promptly replied with a video showing how to create a specific license. After I followed the instructions, support promptly activated all the indicators and followed up with another email. Whatever frustrations I had beforehand were gone due to support's prompt, polite and professional response. One of the indicators (multi-timeframe trendline) couldn't work on my preferred timeframe (M1), but that's ok. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience so far, and who knows? If at least one of these indicators work well, it could lead to more business.

They explained everything perfectly in video form...only problem was ME! I didn't watch carefully and follow directions. Liking the indicator RCZoneDrawing. Bait and Switch. The website says "Free Indicator" but after you give them all your personal information, you never get the "Free Indicator". They try to get you to sign up for their PAID services.

Well they never delivered the indicator, their website was not functional. Of course I sent a message to their support staff but never heard back at all.

When asked to write a comment, I looked in my records and was surprised to realize that I’ve been working with Rize “regularly” since May 2022. With this long record, I don’t know how much more I can add. The work is done promptly and is detailed to my instructions. If/When little things need modification or debugging, it’s a top priority. I seem to always want more once receiving the finished project, and those tweaks and new add-ons are handled in the same expedited manner.

Those of you shopping around can stop now. I can assure you the talent within Rize’s arsenal will be able to complete very complex projects as one of mine is well over 40k lines. You’re more than welcome to reach out to me if necessary.
