Their sizing is about 5 sizes too small and the items don't even come from their store.
I ordered a set of clothes that were supposed to be 67-74 inches around the bust and 39 inches long as well as 55-60 inches around the waist and 65-70 inches around the hips (7xl) as my measurements are 65 inches around the bust, 55 inches around the waist and 68 inches around the hips. I received shirts that are 44 inches around the bust (xl) and pants that are 24 around the waist and 57 around the hips (the waist is a xs or small size and the hips is a large ish so it's a completely mixed match measurement coming out to maybe a medium on the rack). On top of that the stitching was incomplete and instead of it coming from Florida it came from a place in North Carolina. I ordered back in July maybe 3 or so weeks ago but they came in the mail today, I've tried calling multiple times and looked up the address on the package and it's from someones house not a business and the package was resealed with tape so now im not sure of whats going on.

From the original web posting you are told you will receive your order one day. Then they tell you they will deliver it 3 weeks later … deceitful. Then customer service is rude. You well never speak to anyone in English!! Save your time and money, find someone local

Theft in place of a transaction
I ordered a white lab coat for my kid's Halloween costume on October 18th. It never arrived. The company's customer support line tried to offer me only half of what I paid, for receiving nothing. Obviously I argued against this. They continued this nonsense until it was too late for me to dispute the charge with my bank. They took my money, gave me nothing, and ran out the clock.
