Yummy food! Easy to make and portion controlled! Love the changes of meals helps you have a variety through a balanced diet!

Horrendous food. Chicken undercooked and pink on the inside. When I tried to inform them of the risks, they responded with saying their chefs are experienced over 30 years and the chicken is good to eat. HAH. Anyone with a brain would know that undercooked pink chicken is the leading cause of salmonella poisoning.

STAY AWAY, THIS IS A VERY UNHYGIENIC OPERATION AND THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE LOCAL COUNCIL AS WELL AS TRADING STANDARDS.

Thus began the best week of my life - the week I discovered RNS Meals.

I signed up to RNS for their recent Birthday campaign & haven’t looked back since! I work long hours & knowing I have delicious meals that are good for me sat in the fridge waiting when I get home is an absolute life-changer. Would love a little more protein in the portions but overall very happy with the quality of the meals & have noticed significant improvements even over the last few weeks. Loving supporting the journey & seeing these guys grow. Keep it up!

Good delivery and well packed meals! The food's very healthy though my family think it's a bit tasteless... they can add their sauce by themselves anyway haha
Personally feel the regular portion's not enough, so would go for the larger portion option in the future

Do not use this company! There meals are tasteless and there no customer service at all!!! I am waiting for days for reset on my password to log in and cancel but they keep charging me! Fraudulent company!!! Read google reviews!

RNS is the best. Fresh, healthy and quick meals, the options you get are fantastic and the food is great. I have been receiving meals from RNS for the past 4 weeks and they have been absolutely brilliant! They are packed full of flavour and the changing menu really helps me stick to eating healthy. Amazing food! Would highly recommend! Greta variety, and never had a single bad meal!

I recently started using RNS Meals as a student and am loving the variety of dishes that are so tasty and fresh. It is a great way to save time in between lectures or having to clean up pots and pans :) The customer service is also really personal and they are super helpful if you have any problems or need to skip meals for any reason. Cannot recommend them enough!

What can I say it’s as if I’m eating in a posh restaurant the food is WOW the flavours and combination is on another level, I haven’t come across any healthy food taste this good with the variety RNS has. Very happy -thank you 😊

Great quality ingredients and tasty!
Delivery and packaging is great, food kept perfectly before I could get home to store it in the fridge/freezer. Good whole food sources of ingredients and some flavours I can’t achieve in my kitchen. Recommend!

If you’re looking for convenient meals that’s are within your macros, without compromising on the flavour then I would definitely recommend RNS meals.

Being able to order the meals to your door and either keep in the fridge/ freezer makes life so much easier!

Around 70% of the foods are okay. 20% : I can eat. 10% just disgusting. Advantage is: you save lots of time but the food isn't tasty at all. And I don't like they keep sending emails about their personal life. I really don't care about your 25th birthday.

i had very high hopes for this subscription and wouldve paid more, had the taste been half as decent as the influencers who advertise it to be as. the meat smells DISGUSTING to say the least and the food is watery. the taste overall is a 0/10 and i would not recommend this to anyone i know. absolute rip off for the price they charge.
