The worst customer service, and they make it so difficult to cancel. Do not use.
I have ended up spending over £120 additionally from their refusal to cancel my order, despite saying multiple times I needed to cancel. A business that survives by misleading customers.

foods been okey but, ive had few issues with customer service.

First was they missed my orders 2 times, by placing veggie meals instead of meat meals. so i wasted like 60 quid because I ended up throwing them meals away.

Then I wanted to restart and I continued getting food, and again I receive the wrong order with veggie meals which i don't eat. so i wasted another 5 meals.

Okey i continued, and i decided that i will have a break and i will pause the subscription which is very confusing to do (you need to message them to do it basically so you don't get charged about the following week), so i messaged them and they said that do this.. bla bla bla, which i did and they took my 64 quid off my bank account. So i was like whattt... i asked am i going to get my money back as i ask them to cancel it and i did everything they ask me to do to cancel... They said yes refund will come within 5-8 days or something.

Didn't get my refund back... So i message them and they said.... you didn't make it time to cancel it yourself bla bla bla... i was like wahttt... I asked them that i like to cancel. they said 'yes'.. i asked will i receive my refund back... they said 'yes'.. which i didn't! and probably won't.

Poor service! definitely not going back!

Disappointing food and very bad customer service

As a family we are absolutely blown away by the quality of RNS Meals. Our daughter decided she wanted to try them to help understand about portion sizes, counting protein and being in control of what she eats. She says after each meal how delicious they are (she never said that about my cooking)! They are delivered every Sunday with a smile, ready for the following week. My husband and I have both tried them and they taste really good. I love how the food still looks so fresh; so unlike any other pre prepared meal we have seen. Top marks all of you, you have helped my daughter slowly take control of her food and made her mindful. She has even changed what she takes in packed lunches. Her confidence is brimming. Thank you

So happy that I was introduced to RNS. For anyone looking for convenient meals that are actually healthy and unbelievably tasty, this is the place for you (don't bother with any supermarket ready meals, this is a whole different level). They have just introduced a new menu and it has improved upon perfection. Thanks RNS, here is to a much healthier future!!

I have used many meal prep companies in the past but RNS is definitely the best one. Their meals taste amazing and the service is excellent. They respond to queries quickly and have a new menu each week. The marketing of the company is great and they will go a long way. Thank you RNS

I've been ordering RNS meals for nearly 4 months now. I struggle finding stability with food. I like cooking but meal planning and having too many options overwhelms me sometimes and can trigger me into negative thought patterns around my body. So ordering premade healthy meals where I don’t have to think about anything has given me one less thing to worry about. I can't recommend these guys enough, the food is always really tasty and the portion sizes are perfect for me!

Healthy tasty food delivered to your door - its as simple as that!

I love the variety of the meals and the fact they taste amazing. These days I’m constantly on zoom calls through the working day - I love having Rns meals available so that my nutrition doesn’t suffer. A weekly drop off and you are sorted.

Really nice food, not oily... Like its been made at home by aunty (but less oily of course) :-)

The meals are all delicious and super convenient. Considering they are all under or around the 500 calories mark they are really tasty and I never feel like I am “missing out”. The customer service is 10/10 and they are always responsive! It’s unbelievably helpful to have all of the meals prepared and the nutritional side of working out and healthy eating taken care of - I would highly recommend.

RNS meals are a brilliant company! There communication is clear and easy, they also respond quickly to enquiries. The meals they provide are excellent for someone who leads a busy life and needs a quick healthy meal in the evenings. They have a range of flavours and dishes which add variety each week. Thoroughly recommend!

I’m only in to my second week and already feel the need to write this review! I was never consistent with my diet, they always say healthier living is 80% diet and 20% exercise and I consistently struggled with the diet part but this has changed my life!! I know I’m only in to my second week so it may seem early to say that but I honestly think it has.

I know long term results will take a while to show but in all honesty, I’m already feeling better. I’m not as lethargic, I feel full but not in the bad I’ve over eaten kind of way. I don’t struggle with the constant question of what to eat/cook and I don’t feel the need to order in anymore. Convenience wise it’s a game changer and I actually look forward to each meal because they’re all delicious and flavourful and I love that I’m able to have variety every week. What I especially love is how the meals are not considered “diet food” and the food includes things you’re told to avoid (potatoes, rice etc) but is simply portion controlled according to your needs. You don’t feel like you’re compromising and cutting certain foods out

Would highly recommend them and am already in the process of convincing my family and friends to start ordering from them.

Great - don’t hesitate

I've been ordering meals since the start of the year and RNS has been a great addition to my lifestyle. It makes eating healthy fuss-free and stops me getting tempted by takeaways during the week. Following them on instagram, it's great to see how they aren't afraid to experiment and innovate on making healthy and nutritious takes on my favourite dishes.

Generous portion sizes, unbeatable taste and genuinely healthy and wholesome! Simply the best for meal prep - saves me hours in the week and the whole family love it. There’s always new things being added to the menu and it’s so fresh. You can’t go wrong

The best meal prep company I have tried!
It genuinely doesn’t feel like I am compromising on any of my weekly meals and certainly doesn’t feel like I am counting calories. They offer great variety of weekly meal choices and are incredibly flexible with it. Not only is their food great but they are totally sustainable as well with all packaging completely recyclable.
With a subscription package you are able to pause or cancel at any time and the team is super responsive.
They strive to be constantly be better and keep improving with customer feedback and I’m excited to see how they continue to grow!

Been using RnS for couple months now, their food is truly amazing! Everything on there menu tastes great.
