Great van with outdoor kitchen!
Needed a wheel alignment as it had a strong pull to the right which made it difficult to keep in a line.
Excellent pick up experience.

The staff and service was incredible. They made the process so easy.

We enjoyed our Road Bear RV. We booked a smaller version of what we received and had some white knuckle situations driving around California. The RV had good quality but it was kind of loud while driving. We almost had to yell at each other on the road. Unfortunately I had a problem that the main awning was torn off the second morning. We contacted the road side assitence twice, on the same day it happened and about a week later. We would told to replace the awning. So the rest of our „vacation“ was dealt with finding a company to repair the awning. And worries about if it could be repaired by the end of our trip. Road side assistence made us feel guilty and didn‘t offer help about solving this problem. By the end of our booked RV trip, one part of the awning was in the vehicle, the other part would be sent directly to Road Bear LAX. The LAX Road Bear manager Mr. Mirsaeidi helped us with our concerns and offered us information that our extra insurance we paid for at pick-up covered the awning and that the road side assistence gave us the wrong information. We were very happy that he helped us while returning the RV. It was a heavy burdon on our shoulders most of our trip. We enjoyed our RV trip with our Road Bear RV. We did not enjoy Road Bear‘s road side assistence!

Always a great experience with Road Bear. Received a modern clean RV, with friendly staff, great service, and easy check-in and check-out process. Looking forward to our next one!

It was one of the most impressive trips ever for us. The ride with the camper from San Francisco to Los Angeles on Highway One was beautiful. The vehicle has a great equipment and was easy to use and drive. The sleeping comfort was great. We would always book again at Road Bear. A great company.

This is our second time renting from Road Bear. We have truly enjoyed the rental experience and the quality of the RVs we have rented. Like new, beds are comfortable, nice linens, and they are in great working condition! We’ll definitely use them again!

The service was great. Pick up and drop off was generally smooth, staff clearly knew what they were doing, and everyone was friendly and patient, even with the first-time RV renters like ourselves.

Our trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles was the best ever. The road bear RV was a wonderful car to drive the Highway One. The Weather in April was sunny and warm. Thanks for the great experience. We love your Country very much. We will come back.

Quick pickup and drop-off (though I wish their hours were a little more flexible), clean and ran great. Really happy everything was so straightforward!

The purpose of our trip was to see Utah National Parks - Zion, Bryce, Arches and initially Canyonlands, but due to weather we pivoted to Capital Reef. The RV itself was in excellent shape - this was not a run down situation - it was truly reflective of the pictures we saw online. We got the 31 foot Class C, and it was surprisingly maneuverable. It takes about 30 minutes before you get the hang of it, but absolutely doable. The fuel economy overall for a giant RV was fine. Fridge and freezer were excellent. The bump out worked great. Emptying the black and grey tanks were very simple - make sure to close the valves all the way before you take off though, tightly. The only thing that was somewhat less than perfect was the space in the rear bedroom, it made it a little difficult to change. Bathroom was acceptable as well.

Road Bear's service was truly second to none. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and when we dropped the RV off on our return, it took approximately 15 total minutes from handing keys to being done. Since they weren't able to drop us off at our hotel in the shuttle, the called us an uber.

My biggest recommendation is to do the pre-check in as early as possible. Once we arrived for our pickup, we waited approximately 30 minutes (which was short) until our name was called to pick up our rental. I signed some additional paperwork, they handed me the keys, and walked me to the vehicle. The attendant showed me around in a few minutes, confirmed I watched the pre-check in movie and sent us on our way within 45 minutes of arriving, waiting, etc.

Again - I would absolutely recommend Road Bear, this was an excellent experience.

The RV was in great condition - all of the basics were ready and in place. Friendly staff, with comprehensive instruction for a first time RV user.

Great service ran like a dream just a few suggestions. Make it easier to cast to the tv. Connex does not work well with IOS. Secure the grate on the stove top and ensure it doesn’t rattle. Give a list of local propane providers so you can easily fill up before return. Tank gauges would be nice. Maybe a later return option.
