Professional fast and very courteous a great experience

Rarely have I experienced the level of service I got from Lyra (Bree) Hewitt. She walked me all the way through my buyout process and made the transition seamless and pain free. Service like this is the exception rather than the rule these days, and I am delighted that it was her I got when I made my call. Can't sing her praises enough. A+

I worked with Alice BETH Davis on my transaction. She made the process smooth, easy making this a great experience. It was my first lease buyout so I was slightly hesitant and nervous and she quickly answered any questions that came up along the way.

I am writing this review to express my complete satisfaction with the customer service that Lyra Hewitt provided in helping me with the process in securing the auto loan. Lyra was very professional, pleasant, understanding and assuring during the whole process. She kept in constant contact and followed up with me when there was a need. I would rate my dealing with Lyra as one of the best if not the best I have ever had with a customer service representative. I was fortunate to have Lyra help me and I can only hope that in the future I will have the same service experience with other service representatives.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing my vehicle. I was convinced it would be an ordeal but it was actually a smooth and seamless process. This was all due to Bree, she was professional, walked me through each step, answered my calls and emails promptly. The paperwork was limited. ( a few questions and a couple of signatures) Don't hesitate,start the process now. It was complete in just a few weeks! Bree made this a very pleasant experience and now my vehicle is all mine!
