Jake and his off-sider were prompt, efficient and very courteous. I was very satisfied with their performance and professionalism once again.

We were booked in for an early morning service on our ducted system. Jake the service tech sent us a text message prior to his arrival to let us know he was 15min away. Prior to the service our air intake grill was fairly noisy, you could here when it kicked in. After the service i had to keep asking my husband if the aircon was on because it was so quiet! Never had that before! Needless to say were very pleased with the work carried out. Thankyou Roberts Air..

I am not one to write a bad review of a business but I feel it necessary to warn others in case Roberts Air try to do this again to another unsuspecting customer.

Earlier this year I acquired the services of Roberts air to diagnose and repair the split system at my rental property.
I was given two options after their first site visit and diagnosis. Option 1 to repair and option 2 to replace.
After pondering and even speaking with the owner for advise on which option to choose, I chose option 1 to repair the unit.

Shortly after the repairs took place I was informed via email that the repairs where not successful and the unit would now need to be replaced.

Not once during the process of emails and phone calls prior to the repairs taking place was I told or even hinted to, that there was a likely chance that the $1500 that I paid for the repairs would not work and the unit would need to be replaced anyway.
Low and behold, this was the case and I was out of pocket with another big bill to replace the until.

I did get two more professional opinions after the repairs from other reputable companies. They both unanimously agreed that this was not the right thing for a business to do to a client. I went ahead with replacing the unit with another supplier in the end.

One thing that really stood out to me that hammered home how unprofessional Roberts air where, was when I spoke to the owner on the phone about the issue after the fact. As you could imagine I was not happy that I had to pay the full amount for the repairs as they had not fixed the unit as Roberts air had diagnosed and quoted for it to be.
I tried to make my point and come to some sort of agreement, and the owner simply said "sometimes bad things happen, and someone has to pay for it"

In a nutshell this is the business you are potentially dealing with.

So all I can say is make sure you get everything in writing especially if you have been quoted for repair and a replace. And make sure that they can guarantee that a replacement of parts can fix your air con unit.

Fixed my AC heating issue. Was available immediately to do inspection. Parts from supplier got delayed; no fault to Roberts team. Confirmed booking to fix the AC immediately once they knew when the parts will arrive (they did not wait for parts to arrive first); very proactive. The techs who inspected and the tech that fixed the system were knowledgeable, professional and honest.

So happy with the service and company as a whole.
We had a brand new system installed by another provider and we had several issues with cooling certain rooms with no success.

Roberts Air con came to service the unit and when I asked them if they had any ideas how how this can be fixed they took the time to ask around and find a solution and it’s now fixed.

The service is friendly by both tradesmen and company staff. They will now be our ongoing air con service providers.

My old aircon died suddenly during 40 degree temps. I contacted Roberts Airconditioning and from the first phone call were very courteous and all were very professional.A quote was arranged and they advised they could install the unit before Christmas, which I was very thankful for. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

This company replaced our aged air-conditioning motor around 4-5 years ago. Since then, they have annually inspected our system and given me answers to any questions I might have. The staff and mechanics are reliable, punctual, polite and well trained on their product. I would highly recommend Roberts Air-Conditioning to anyone need of assistance in this area of expertise.

Roberts A/C completed a full installation of Ducted Air to my house on time on budget, with the minimum of disruption. Each year they return to complete a service I have recommended Roberts Air to many others who I know were equally impressed.
