Non responsive to customer problems. Impossible to contact when appearing at face value to be contactable they are not. Online disaster with my $2.5k order.

Hi robins kitchen my review is not about any product in the store it’s about one of the employees I came in on the 17th of June. There was a young lady with blonde hair working there just leaning against the back counter behind the register doing absolutely nothing,she could see I needed help with reaching a product but stood there watching me struggle,and left the store while I was needing help.She returned and I still purchased the product, When she severed me,she was rude and unprofessional and snatched the product and didn’t even ask if I was a VIP and I felt uncomfortable when leaving the store and don’t wish to return
Terrible experience with this retailer. Items delivered were different to the description. Online customer support have ignored many emails so I took the goods to the store which refused to accept the goods. No customer support what so ever. I will avoid in the future.
Bought a garlic "peeler".
It was as much use as a chocolate teapot.
Returned it. Forgot the receipt.
Went back with the receipt.
No refund allowed, only a "store credit".

On Sunday 31st January 2021 I bought a Baccarat Barista Facet Double Wall Glass Medium 345ml Set of 4 for $48.24 so I can serve Cappuccino, Flat White or Mocha into these glasses for when my family and friends come over. This is for when I move into my own unit in March 2021. The staff were kind to me and the service was fantastic because they gave me such an amazing deal.
On Friday 12th February 2021 Chesser organised a Baccarat Barista Facet Double Wall Latte Glasses 345ml Set of 2 as a replacement for when I move into my own unit in March 2021.
Got a great deal on a new cutlery set and the Guy's at the chermside store were so friendly.
