Robinson Reade Reviews

I sold my property through Robinson Reade and they were great at keeping me up to date with any viewings. Donetta was my main point of contact and once an offer was accepted she was excellent at ensuring that all the relevant paperwork was completed, people were held to account and issues were followed though. It was a lengthy process, through no fault of this estate agent, but a long chain of buyers/sellers. Donetta was great at chasing other estate agents and solicitors. Not shying away from informing me of the not so good news, she ensured that I was always informed of issues and progress. I would recommend this estate agent to other sellers in the future.

My experience was great because of the people who helped me. These were Craig, Emma and Louise .
They have listened to my needs and come up with different suggestions to help.
They have always been cheerful and knowledgeable about what I should consider when I downsize.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Robinson Reade, and would absolutely use them again ourselves in the future. They have been nothing but professional, informative, helpful and friendly throughout our moving journey. A huge thank you to everyone at Robinson Reade.

Outstanding - after years of dealing with average, vaguely committed and underqualified Agents Robinson Reade have been a real breath of fresh air. Jane and Louise are not only efficient but understand that some of us are easily distracted and forget things. Gentle reminders on document signing in a timely fashion is just a tiny part of what illustrates how organised they are. The description they created for the property actually had even me interested in it and I’m selling it. No exaggeration just really really clear expression and enthusiasm bringing out the best points. From first contact to listing has been less than a week including all authorisations, visits photographs et cetera. I could not be more impressed.

This is the 2nd time using Robinson Reade as I knew the level of service I would be getting. I could not wish for a more positive experience. The team are professional, helpful, kind, funny, and really on the ball. I felt completely safe and assured that the process was being handled, and with good reason. They made a stressful situation enjoyable. Would wholeheartedly recommend :)

Friendly staff, easy to communicate with, quick responses to emails and phone calls, made the process slick, thank you!

We recently purchased a house through Robinson Reade in Park Gate, and what an experience from start to finish. Donetta took over our case once the offer had been accepted and couldn’t have been more thorough and helpful. She kept everything going and made the process go quicker and smoother. I would definitely not have been as sane without her.

Donetta went above and beyond to keep us updated, supported us when the sale fell through due to our buyer pulling out, and then helped us after we re-offered on the house. She also played a crucial role in getting the searches back and everything completed.

It was a pleasure working with Donetta, and I should also mention the entire team. Although I didn’t directly speak with them, they definitely played a huge part in the background.

We met with Jane to discuss marketing our apartment. We were impressed by her professionalism and honesty. We quickly decided we wanted Robinson Reade to represent us and the photos and video were taken the next day.
We have been very pleased with the speedy progress and have every confidence Jane will find us a buyer.

We were given honest and frank advice from outset. We were regularly updated throughout the process. Once offers had been accepted the incredible Donetta ensured the process kept moving and provided updates for whole chain. When things weren't going quite right she got it fixed.

No fuss, honest and transparent approach, with good communication.

As a first time seller the team has gone above and beyond to get the difficult sell over the line. I want to especially thank Donetta for her hard work and making it as smooth as possible.

Initially very quick communication and actions taking place, towards the end there was a few occassions where we felt there was not enough urgency on our communication and requests and we needed to repeat ourselves a few times as some points raised by us were either missed or ignored.

We went with Robinson Reade to sell our house as over the years they have been honest and helpful with appraisals.
We decided to move and had no hesitation going back to them. Emma done all the viewings for us and presented the property. Donetta has been great and kept us updated on the progress at all times . As well as chasing though any hiccups. We can highly recommend using Robinson Reade and should we move again !!!! we won’t hesitate to use them again .

The team were friendly and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave a service above and beyond. Great negotiations to achieve the best possible price and a lot of hard work all through the process. Always kept us informed every step of the way. I have used Robinson Reade many times over the years ( buying, selling and letting) and would recommend them 100%, so nice to deal with an independent estate agent who show they really care for their buyers and sellers, making it stress free and easy. Thanks once again Jane and team RR !

Donetta Holland did a marvellous job of selling a retirement apartment, that I was beginning to think would never sell.
She is an excellent communicator & once she gets the bit in her teeth does not let up. In my case she progressed the sale through & overcame all obstacles.
I thoroughly recommend this company if you have a property to sell.

Guided us through the whole process, from start to finish, with great efficiency. Kept us updated. Always returned our calls. And Donetta got things moving when things were static!

Donetta was amazing and always kept us up to date on what was happening in our chain. Their service was amazing and we could not fault them.

Excellent communication throughout the process, from viewings to completion. Was kept in the loop all the time and process was seamless. Felt a valued customer

All the team at Robinson Reade are very professional and have got a lot of experience in the local area and gave us a lot of advice on how to sell our house. The pricing was very accurate. I would definitely recommend using this agent. My only regret is that I did not use Robinson Reade when I first put the house on the market. This would have saved me a lot of time and stress.
