You never indicated the "Promotional" option was non-refundable until AFTER I asked for a refund. You offer a 30-day refund (NO QUESTIONS ASKED!) EXCEPT for the "Promotional" bundle? That's BS! There's no mention that it's NON-REFUNDABLE when you purchase it! I don't want your system! I want my money! The reviews all over the internet will remain and escalate!

RoboMarketer provides a very straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who purchase at full price and request a refund within 30 day period. We have very low 3-5% refund rate which are mostly just from customers that are facing financial difficulties as the majority of our users LOVE the platform, but if these requirements are met we’ll ALWAYS honor -- regardless of the reason.
As our support team has tried to explain to you several times by email — you did not qualify for refund because you purchased a separate one-time promotional bundle with lifetime access to multiple other platforms for free which clearly stated there was no refund guarantee, and also your refund request was even after the 30-day period.
Regarding frozen account — our system automatically disables access if there is a chargeback from user. This was not done to personally lock you out of the platform. You chose to dispute the payment through your bank, they reviewed the evidence from both sides, and your own bank ultimately decided the case in our favor because they could see we simply followed our refund policy.
We completely understand that you may be disappointed with the outcome. However, repeatedly posting inaccurate statements and sending threatening emails to our hard-working support team is unnecessary and does not accurately represent the situation.
