Wrong one ordered, AI service said what box to purchase. They were WRONG!!! I need model DF03L NOT DF05L. No reply from them, all I want to do is exchange for the proper display box. Highly disappointed in them. Where is the customer service???

A careful cleaning of the panels resulted in a flawless case in which I was able enclose the carousel I built for my sister that was collecting dust.
